The shop offers bikes that they do not have on stock, and then delays in returning the money. I do not recommend it.

Do not buy from this store
Do not buy from this store! They sell items that they do not have in stock and will not be available. After paying they claim there was an error in their catalog and that they can no longer ship them, they propose absurd alternatives and if you do not agree they disappear and do not refund what you paid. They are very communicative before the sale, after they do not collaborate in any way and, I repeat, they keep your money without explanation. An absurd behavior from a merchant towards their customer, but understandable if you investigate the real size of the store, very different from what they make it appear on their site, and the figure of the owner. If you are ready to take your risks, at least use a payment system or a card that guarantees you the refund of what you paid.

Good prices, but zero support from the store
I am happy with the prices they offer for the bikes and a fast dispatch, however there is zero support from the store after I sent them two emails. First one after a purchase when I asked if they can add a power meter to my bike, and second one when the bike arrived and I was not happy with the quality of assembly. The bike was not cheap, so I expected a better support. Customer Services department does not exist and they do not respond to the emails at all. I find it very unprofessional.

THEY DO NOT HAVE BIKES
I have waited for the bicycle for almost 6 weeks until they wrote me the message that I can pick one of the two COMPLETELY different bikes given by them. When I disagreed they just canceled my order without reason. So they took 1400 euros for 6 weeks and then told me to take bike that I dont want or get lost.
