Delivery took much longer than expected…
Delivery took much longer than expected but when it finally arrived the tracking system you could follow was very helpful. The drivers very very friendly and professional. David F and Aron M. The sofa had a small mark on it and they were very helpful with information on how to proceed if the mark didn’t come out ( it did after wiping with a damp cloth). They were very efficient and the overall experience was great.

I don’t often write reviews but I felt strongly that I’d like to share my experience of shopping at EZLiving at Holywood Exchange. On a cold, dark and wet Friday night, I was warmly welcomed by a lovely sales assistant, Samantha. Samantha made it her mission to help me to select beautiful furniture for my dining room. I was completely undecided and she took time to show me a number of ranges she thought might suit. She listened carefully to what it was I really wanted. Having shown me many options from around the store, she brought me a delicious cappuccino while she busied herself with a tape measure, computer print outs and size and colour options for purchasing. No pressure to buy; no hard sell - just great customer service. I left the store on Friday night with lots to think about.
I returned the following morning having mulled over the options. What was just so nice was to find the same excellent customer service from another sales assistant, Julie. Julie was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She also set about helping me decide what was right for my home and my family’s lifestyle. She took time to talk through fabrics, design options and price points that fitted my budget.
I am very much looking forward to taking delivery of my furniture next week. To Samantha and Julie - your help was genuinely appreciated!! I’ll be back shopping in your store again soon!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a shopping trip to EZLiving, Holywood Exchange if you are looking for beautiful furniture, a warm welcome and a very pleasant customer experience!

Knowledgeable and not overbearing customer service with quality items
Lots of lovely items to choose from we had gone in about 30 mins before the store was closing looking for a particular set of nesting tables. We were approached by a friendly member of staff to see if we needed help and then left to have a look first. Unfortunately what we were looking for was not there, but we had noticed a leather wingback chair that was also something we were looking for. We enquired and spoke to Dylan Rhodes who explained about the piece we were enquiring about and he didn't put any pressure on us as the store was closing as 6. He was very personable and knowledgeable and he was able to offer us free delivery and we both felt happy to go ahead with the purchase.

Wow. A lovely experience in EZ living at Holywood Exchange, we were greeted by Samantha Moffett who went above and beyond for us. Samantha was so incredibly kind and created such a lovely experience. The item we wanted had long term delivery, after being disappointed Samantha managed to get the item for us within 6 weeks which we were so incredibly grateful for. The item has arrived and it is just perfect and we are so thankful how Samantha went beyond for us.
