A great experience!
After an issue with a recent Powacaddy purchase i called up to get some advice, the guy i spoke with on the phone couldn't have been more apologetic and told me he'd ship me some items as an apology. The next day a great little package arrived that really wasn't required but very much appreciated, I'll definitely be shopping here again!

Great product — lightweight, premium feel, and exactly as described. They also read my delivery note and followed the instructions perfectly, which was really appreciated.
