Ordered some clubs for my daughter…
Ordered some clubs for my daughter which were good value and quickly dispatched. Unfortunately, the wrong set was sent. Mistakes will happen, but the customer service experience was excellent. The day after raising the error the incorrect clubs had been collected and the correct set delivered. Completely hassle free for me. Thanks to Andy for making that so.

I bought a Motocaddy S1 DHC golf cart
I bought a Motocaddy S1 DHC golf cart . It arrived promptly and I charged the battery as instructed . Unfortunately there was an issue with the battery meter on the display it only showed the battery being partially charged . I phoned Express golf who were very apologetic and offered a full refund . The cart was returned however they rectified the issue by reconfiguring the battery setting and offered me the option of a refund or to send the cart back to me with a free gift for my trouble , which I accepted .Now the cart works perfectly I am very impressed with the service I received from Express golf and would not hesitate buying from them again .
