Truly a scam. I signed up, spent $250 for a multi year subscription, but only ever got notifications for jobs that required me to purchase a different subscription to see the job posting or apply. Forced to cancel account to stop spam. There is nothing legitimate about the leads provided.

Tricksters diverting to website?
I got an email out of the blue from this company but had never even heard of them or previously signed up to anything so goodness knows how they got my details. I tried to press the unsubscribe button on the email but it just takes you to their website and a questionnaire which I had no inclination to fill in. So I am guessing it's some sort of scam or a ploy to trick you into a payment?? Based on this I'd advise avoiding.

Unknown company, predatory practices
Terrible experience with these frauds, who aren't even known by anyone in my industry. Charged me an auto-renew I was not warned about; when I tried to cancel **the same day** they said no and that they couldn't "reach my email" yet it still worked to log in. If your company's bottom line rests on my $179 membership, you have more to worry about than I do in my job search lol. This could be easily be resolved, but I see you have this problem with a lot of users.

Absolute scam of a company, not fit for purpose. I signed up to see if they could help with job search - complete waste of money. In addition to their useless service, they would not allow me to cancel my subscription and kept referring to the smallest print on the joining page. Do not use this firm!!! Utter rubbish!!!

Useless service and difficult to cancel
I signed up because I was desperate to find a new job but found noting of value in their services. I sent multiple emails stating I wanted to cancel, but they allegedly didn't receive them and I am stuck paying for another year of useless services. What a waste of money. Too bad I can't leave zero stars.

I signed up for the 6 month…
I signed up for the 6 month subscription thinking it would take me a bit of time to find the right fit for me. Within 20 of utilizing the platform as a registered member, I realized that it would not be a good fit based on the jobs posted. So, within 20 minutes of signing up, I cancelled my membership.While they cancelled my membership, they refused to refund my money even though I did not use their platform. ... greedy people...RUN

Please note that every consumer in EU has the right to cancel their contract within the first 14 days after purchase and get a refund if not satisfied with service/product. If you have contacted us per email already, your request will be handled within 24-48h and you will get a proper refund as stated in the Experteer contract.

If you are searching for a job - Don't bother using this site.
If you are searching for a job, - Don't bother using this site and do not pay for this services; it is expensive and did not match my skills with potential job openings. There is no benefit to paying for this service as the jobs are available for you to access elsewhere. The monthly fee is taken from your account without an accurate identity recorded in your account - only a lengthy alphanumeric code which makes it difficult to trace. Finally got round to cancelling it after several months of subscriptions with nothing to show for it.

This website is USELESS! Just look at the number of negative reviews. To me, it's comparable to a scam scheme. They only want to take your money and don't deliver ANYTHING of what they promise, not even close to it. I only accessed it a couple of times and gave up because the content was useless. Obviously, the renewal was automatic, as written in the "small letters." On the same day of renewal, I canceled my subscription and asked for a refund, but obviously, they always reply, "it's in our contract terms...bla.bla.bla". Then they begin threatening you by email, spamming your inbox. Please, listen to me, STAY AWAY from them. You have nothing to gain other than a headache. And they will undoubtedly take your money.

Utterly useless, inaccurate, and redundant
Useless. I had it for more than a year, it is inaccurate - salaries for roles are often not within the brackets advertised - and it is redundant. I will just stick to LinkedIn, at least I can email people. Oh, and I haven’t used it in months, it renewed automatically and on the day of renewal I cancelled my subscription but they would not refund me. So, add bad customer service to the mix.
