No delivery , money returned to your account 30 days
Ordered a laptop from them on the 6th december. Unfortunately it still hasn't appeared (december 17th). The laptop went missing in the Expert Warehouse.They've said it will take up to 10 days to review the case. And the payment will take up to 30 days to appear back in my account if I decide to cancel. I'm disappointed on how they resolve cases like this. Why couldn't they simply resend out a laptop.
No reply, No Service, No product
No reply, no service, no product! Ordered an iPad on Experts website on 26/11-21. It said +50 in stock and 1-3 days delivery. On 30th I still have not received a confirmation that they will send my item. I write to customer service. No reply. On 02/12-21they write an automatic mail that the iPad is out of stock and they can deliver in January! I write again to customer service that they can cancel my order as a Christmas present in January is no good. No reply. I call customer service and after waiting 20 min no reply. I write again to customer service on 03/12 that they should confirm they have cancelled my order. Today is 09/12-21... Surprise still no reply!!!! What is this joke of a company and customer support??? In the mean time I have bought the iPad elsewhere so Expert better not send me that iPad and take money from my account!!!
Update 13.12.21: and Expert sent the iPad?!?!? Seriously! Still no reply from customer service!!!! STAY AWAY!
Update 20.12.21: refused to receive the parcel. Wrote to expert an additional 4 times. Still no answer or any contact!!! Soon 1 month anniversary! Still didn't get my money back. What a scam.

worst communication ever
Long story short: we order a TV, the TV is not sent for 2 weeks, we cancel the order, they send the TV.
We have ordered a TV on September 8, the TV was listed as available in store and we should have received it in 3-5 days.
After 10 days no news and no tracking number. We call the customer service: "The TV is not in store, but maybe it will be available again in a few days. We will let you know next week".
The week passes and still no news. We call back and the customer service has no idea if and when they will have the item back in store. We ask the customer service to cancel the order, since we can easily buy the TV from other retailers. The lady says she will cancel, but just to be sure we send an email in which we confirm we want to cancel the order. We order the TV from another company.
After this, we receive an email from the delivery company saying that they will send the item not the day itself, but 3 days later. It is just such a bad experience that it is almost funny, with the small problem that we have lost so much time only because Expert has no idea of what they are doing.
Please, use any other company, they are reliable and can handle a normal communication with their customers.

not good purchase
It was written in description, that it is a dual sim phone, when it reached to me, I have noticed that it is not a dual sim phone, only 1 sim can be used.
I sent email to kundeservice, they accepted that its a mistake in the product description and we will refund your money, have not received my money yet and unable to get further details what to do with the product.

I wrote service# instead of Order# in first text field.
It's such a disappointment, the you guys don't have any feedback on my product that is sent for service.
Such a shame, how can such a big shop have to repaire status for their customers. And I was suggested to wait until they will be informed from external service/workshop.
It's crazy.

Everything was OK, but very slow.
The webside ran slowly with refreshes taking several seconds. The telephone service was very slow and in one case I gave up and called back 30 minutes later. At pick-up in butik I waited a long time before a salesperson was freee - not because they ignored me, but because there was only two of them in a medium-large store.
So, good price, polite service, just slow.

7-10 days from order date to delivery date. Such bad service!
Ordered a iPod Nano from pricerunner.dk and Expert.dk. Good website and good price. Order was placed around 9 am on fri 30/8 and on monday 2/9 i got a confirmed email that package will be delivered within 2-5 days. I called Expert customer relation on thursday and was promised my package would be here today (friday). Today i called Expert`s CR department and was told it might get delivered today or monday. Was told "we have some problems with the delivery guys atm". Thats not really my problem. Last month i ordered a product from UK and that arrived in 3 days. How hard can it be to deliver something within a small country as denmark over a week period. Last time i ever buy or recomend Expert!

Expert @ rosengaardcentret in Odense has been very good for me - they gave me advice/assistance when choosing a laptop computer, it was easy to return and have repaired when there was a problem, and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Very professional, very effective.
