I bought Stromer ST1 e-bike a month ago (3300+ euros), with 814 WH battery. From the day 1 battery was defective, could not charge the bike, there is error code for the battery.

I have contacted the store many times, but have not got any response (only automatic reply: we will contact you within 24 hours) to get the new battery instead.

I do not recommend. I got the bike with a damaged shock absorber, a bent brake disc, unadjusted brakes and derailleurs. Contact with the store is tragic, you have to wait a very long time for answers that do not make sense. No solution to the problem for almost 2 months. I do not recommend the store. It is better to buy something stationary in another store

The product photos clearly show a front mudgard, but it was not included in the delivery. When I contacted the store, they said the images are only “illustrative” and refused to send the missing part. Be sure to read the product description carefully.

On the positive side, shipping was fast, even internationally.

The delivery was super fast to Greece and was almost before Easter week! Super price on Scott spark Rc. Packaging was perfect and secure. They are professionals and I will buy again from Evolution bikes!

Good communication, no bullshit, fast delivery, original packing, complete docs. It was like buying in the neighbourhood.

Can You imagine, still not received my goods, more than 2 months are gone. All the responses are from the chat girl, what they will contact me. And no one contacted yet

Dopo più di 3 mesi nonostante dei solleciti con vari mezzi, telefono, mail, whatsapp, non ci crederete non ho ancora una risposta!!! rispondo che mi faranno sapere a breve.
Aggiornamento, il 3 ottobre, dopo aver pubblicato una recensione negativa, mi hanno risposto che posso rivolgermi ad un rivenditore di zona della mia Ebike!!! Scandalosi!!

I purchased an e-bike in August 2023, fully satisfied with their service. In July 2024, the control display broke, and I contacted them to ask if I should reach out to them or the manufacturer directly. After more than 3 months, despite follow-ups through various channels – phone, email, WhatsApp – you won’t believe it, I still haven’t received a response!!! They keep telling me they will get back to me shortly.
Update: on October 3rd, after posting a negative review, they finally replied that I can go to a local dealer for my e-bike!!! Scandalous!!

Ordered a Scott bike from them. The experience was flawless. Beautiful customer service. Received the bike 7 days earlier without any issues in perfect condition! They even included free pedals and a bottle also! I highly recommend Evolution Bikes and will definitely order my next bike from them!

Bought my Bike online, got it the next day at the store. First, the WhatsApp chat was very helpful and nice about everything I asked for. Then the mechanics at the shop were very helpful and even assembled my bike professionally, as was asked beforehand. Would definitely buy there again and I haven’t even browsed through the whole store!

I ordered the ebike. Generly am satisfied with the service, and especially the prices. Bike arrived on time. A small minus for the problem of communicating in English. Thank you !

I ordered the Bryton Gardia R300 to the Czech Republic because it was only available on the Italian market from this dealer.
Upon receiving it, I noticed that I received a DEMO unit in unbranded packaging. I immediately contacted the dealer asking why I did not receive the original. They wrote back to me that the product is guaranteed and fine. At the time it looked like it was, except I noticed that it was not receiving firmware updates, which is a major defect in a device of this type (a bicycle radar).
So I contacted them again asking for a replacement. After a lot of emails and haggling, they were unable to accommodate me, even though I paid full price - for an essentially now unusable product (again, I stress the importance of firmware updates).
Beware of them - especially if you are ordering from abroad.

On May 10th 2023 I ordered the following MTB for EUR 3.299 from Evolution Bikes on Ebay:

Scott Genius 940 2022 size L

(Important to note I specifically ordered 'size L' as I require a large frame size on the Bike)

After a day I received the following strange message from Evolution Bikes:

"Hello, unfortunately size S is not available we only have size M.
Is it okay?"

To which I reply:

"Hi,
The advert says size L - I assume that means Large (not small or medium).
Only size Large will work.
If not available please cancel order.
Kind regards,
Nicolai"

I received no answer to this nor my 2 follow-up messages requesting confirmation of size or a cancellation if a size large is not available - but can see on the Ebay platform that the bike has been shipped already and 3.299 EUR paid from my account.

The product then failed to arrive within the promised 1-3 weeks without me having received any kind of acknowledgement whatsoever of my correspondence to Evolution Bikes. After 4 weeks I received a refund from Ebay (this last bit I'm of course very happy about).

This really is a very strange and unfortunate way of doing business. Being out of pocket EUR 3.299, having received no bike or any response to my correspondence I thought the company was a complete fraud. Happily, Ebay refunded the cost.

The service from BikeShopping was very good but there was a problem with shipping GLS told us the delivery would be on the 6th December, we stayed in all day only to read on the tracking on the 7th December that they tried to deliver but nobody at home (not true) we filled in a form and delivery was scheduled for Friday 9th between 09/00-13:30, nothing arrived on the 9th December. Item arrived in good condition on Saturday 10th December around lunchtime. Tracking information was updated but only on the morning after the delivery date. I’m 75 years old and at my age days are precious and I’ve just wasted 3of them waiting for nothing. R. L. TASKER.

I had a question and I received a quick and good reply. Then the order arrived from Italy to France in 3 days instead of 7, so better than expected!

I'm very happy with my new bike! I got my chain ring replaced as I desired and the bike was instantaniously shipped to Germany. It arrived faster than expected in very good condition with some supplementary goodies. Thank you very much!
