Recommendations on website is wrong size. Returned two dresses, still no refund, even offered to pay postage for return. So they can resell the dresses and never give you your money back.

So refreshing to have great customer service. Good delivery speed. Easy enough to arrange a return for a different size. I'll definitely shop here again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a dress here for my daughter to be a flower girl I measured her and followed their size guide and ordered the next size up so she would have a little growing room and ordered the size that said it was ready to ship not pre sale.

When the dress arrived the quality was awful, poor materials used, wonky stitching and the dress did not fit her it was way too small. Upon requesting a return I was told as this is made to order I couldn't have one. I stated it was a ready to ship item and didn't state it was made to order. Plus it didn't fit when following their size guide and poor quality. Still they refused. So I measured the dress which did not match up to their sizes as stated, it was a whole size too small, plus consumer credit act 2015 means I had a right to return, yet still they refused but would escalate my complaint.

I then received an email offering only 50% refund which I refused and again stated everything I said and that even if it's made to order they haven't made it correctly to their own size guide etc. Eventually I received notification of a refund for the dress. I did not receive any other email from the company apologising and stating they'd refund me, just a refund notification is all I got.

So be warned when ordering the returns are awful, the sizing is not correct and the quality was poor for a dress that was £45 I expected better! Better to order from UK company not one shipped from China.

Items were are described on website but when I had to unfortunately return some items the service was quick and easy.

Brilliant service from EverPretty. Bridesmaid dresses ordered and came quickly, had to send one dress back as my daughter didn’t like the style (typical teenager) and they were more than helpful in exchanging and sending the replacement out. Will be using them again in the future for sure. Excellent/Prompt/Quality/Price.
Nothing is more too much, they are very helpful, they reply within 24 hours.

Really lovely dresses that arrived promptly, easy returns policy and great customer service.

I returned £200 worth of dresses a month ago and have been requesting confirmation of my refund constantly as they keep giving excuse after excuse as to why it can’t be done, or that it will be done “this week” and then it never does. I got confirmation of one order (only £50 worth) and am still awaiting the remaining +£120 for the other two orders (all returned at the same time). Their phone line only has a message service to request a call back and I’ve been hung up on multiple times. My e-mails are now rebounding as “undeliverable”. I think they have blocked me. I will now be reporting this company to the financial ombudsman and escalating the situation through the appropriate legal action. This company are a SCAM, do not buy anything if you hope of ever receiving a refund if you need to return your item.

Ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses from ever-pretty. The quality of the dresses was very good and the colour and design is exactly like the picture. They are a bit small fitting so I would say size up a little. I dealt with Emelyn in customer service and I have to say Emelyn was so so helpful and extremely helpful with my exchange. Thank you so much Emelyn. I will be recommending the site to others and will definitely be back if I need more dresses.

I bought a dress few days ago for my baby’s christening and dress came in a larger size. I contacted them and an exchange was made. The dress was quickly delivered in a smaller size and is soo beautiful. Quality fabric, great value for money. I’m pleased with my purchase and I highly recommend. 3 months ago.
A long trail of emails then ensued in trying to return this with both Debenhams and Ever Pretty. The process of trying to return is onerous and involved emailing Ever Pretty - no simple process as with most companies on the internet.
Eventually I received a returns label on 21.05.24. Nearly two months after initial request.
I posted the return with proof of postage on 29.05.24
8 weeks later and I still have not received a refund.
It appears the better reviews are just commenting on the product. Ever Pretty are very quick to take your money and post out. Should you wish to do a return and receive a refund they take 3 months and I'm still waiting! Don't think because you buy through Debenhams you will get quality service. They have been appalling too!
