Customee service. The dresses are both very nice and a very good value. But I contacted the company to ask questions a few times and I am blown away by how attentive they were. The response time was terrific and they completely knew what was going on. Very happy

Dresses were nice. One had a bit of a mark on it.
Ordered a couple of sizes through Debenhams.
Returned them and reordered cheaper directly from Ever pretty
Took a few weeks to get the refund.

I would highly recommend Ever Pretty. I purchased one out of three of my bridesmaids dresses here. We’re planning to buy the remaining two nearer to the wedding date. We all absolutely loved the dress, the fit was perfect according to the size guide. The quality was amazing. Ever Pretty were responsive very quickly when we had a general question about the dress. Cannot wait until November for our wedding.

Royal Mail lost my return (dress too small for me) and ever pretty refunded me anyway!! Really appreciative.

There was a dress that I loved but if I ordered it in the sizes they had it would have been far too long. So I sent them a message asking if it would be possible to have this dress done as a custom dress, they said yes and I gave them my measurements. Throughout sending emails all the members of staff I delt with were amazingly helpful and I've tried on the dress, it's just the right length and they luckily made the size a little bigger which I don't, and as I prefer things being a little loose and not tight. I would highly recommend ever pretty to anyone who wants a dress and when I need another dress I will 100% be using them again.

I gave Ever-Pretty a 5-star review since their company has excellent customer service! I sent them an e-mail when I was unsure which size dress to order. Someone from their company got back to me with in 24 hours and were able to tell me exactly what size dress to purchase based on my measurements. I love my dress and it fits me perfectly! I get compliments on my dress each time I wear it!

I ordered a dress for an upcoming wedding, and when it arrived, I was blown away by the stunning quality—it looked exactly like the photos! Unfortunately, the wedding’s color scheme changed last minute, so I had to return it. The return process was quick and hassle-free. I ordered a second dress, and to my surprise, it arrived within just 3 days of returning the first one!

I can’t recommend Ever Pretty enough. Their dresses are beautiful, true to description, and the customer service is fantastic. A truly seamless shopping experience!

My experience with customer service was very good . I made an error and they politely and quickly dealt with it. I given 5 because of that. I am not impressed with the postage costs but website is extremely clear with their policy so fair enough. Dress was top quality too but the style I chose came up very small .

Very impressive with the quality and fit of these dresses. Other than being a little long, which we knew before ordering, the dresses were spot on to the measurement chart. So, make sure you measure yourself and use this before ordering! I bought 6 for my bridesmaids and they all love the fit and style of the dress. The only issue I found was that the stock indicated on the website was not a true reflection. It said the size was in stock but it wasn't when they checked their warehouse to pick and pack my order! Thankfully, they offered me an exchange or a refund. The process was quick and easy!

Ever-Pretty UK are not UK based. I have had issue after issue with this company.
1st problem has been trying to contact to get a full refund they wanted to charge me a restocking fee and also putting money on a gift card. I received a call from customer service and was assured I would get a full refund I spoke with this lady and mentioned it was still showing 1 item saying it was out for delivery but I hadn't received it. The lovely customer service lady told me she would cancel it.
I managed to return all the items I had received, looking at my Klana account I still have an outstanding balance! I have been informed the dress that should have been cancelled is showing it has been delivered and I have this dress. I do not have this dress I have no reason to keep this dress.
We are emailing each other every day this company i am dealing with are not UK based do not be blinded when it says Ever-Pretty UK! all my dresses came from China none fit and to be honest not good quality.
I will be fighting to get a full refund I do not have this dress.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a dress in December and I needed it quickly so I paid £20 for the express delivery. The dress came in time and I loved it. It was delivered by FedEx. However in March I received two letters from FedEx with an unsettled invoice. I was so confused as I couldn’t remember even using FedEx. When I looked into it the invoice was relating to an item I had bought in December from Ever Pretty.

It took me weeks to sort this, with Ever Pretty not wanting to sort it! I eventually had to pay Fed Ex myself and Ever Pretty reimbursed me. However I was not happy with how they wouldn’t sort this completely from their end. I have since received another letter from FedEx with a further bill as they are now claiming that the first one was not paid in time.

Absolute nightmare all caused by this awful website. Save yourselves the bother and do not buy from this company as they seem to be crooks, not paying their own bills to the delivery company that they use!!

I was hesitant to order a dress unseen online, but needed an evening dress for a cruise. Some reviews has mentioned the dresses came up smaller than UK sizing and so I ordered two sizes, that arrived very quickly, but which did indeed come up too small. This necessitated starting a return and exchange process, which was handled impeccably by several of the company's staff and I now have a beautiful dress that fits. Please do keep the sizing details in mind when ordering, but you will not be disappointed with the quality.

I ordered a beautiful dress for my daughters wedding, received it very quickly which was amazing but unfortunately didn’t fit need to go up a size as wouldn’t zip up across my middle back. Got a little stuck on the returns so messaged their customer service and they were so polite and helped me in every detail absolutely amazing service. You do get charged for returns which I read up before i ordered so I knew I wouldn’t get the full refund but for their service it was a well worth it. I will definitely be ordering from Ever Pretty again such beautiful clothing.

I want to start that I Ordered My dress Sunday April 27 and it was on my door step by Thursday May 1. Fastest Processing and shipping Ive have ever experienced! Amazon takes long with there 2 day!!! Ever Pretty is top tier in Customer Service. Online Chat assistance and wonderful trained and knowledgeable. Chart the size chart is absolutely wonderful. It has a recommendation size chart to go with it where they have a size of weight and height in which size would be best for someone that has struggled with body dysmorphia for 37 years. this is the first time I’ve ever been excited for a dress for something formal for this wedding event because of this dress I absolutely love it. This velvet gray blue is just beautiful.

I ordered two dresses - one was out of stock so there was back and forth emails sorting a different style. Costumer care replied to all my emails and queries quickly. Was very happy.

I recently ordered a handful of dresses from Ever-Pretty as options for a wedding guest outfit. All of the dresses that arrived were lovely and of high quality. They were true to the images online and so was the colour. When I went to return some of the dresses, I had a bit of a technical problem, but the customer service was very good and also very fast, thank you!
The only reason for 4 stars was due to the fact I ordered all of my dresses in my size, and only some of them fit. Some were true to size and a perfect fit, while some were quite small.
I would order again :)

I ordered 2 dresses for my convenience to try on at home. Delivery was by Royal Mail very good service.
I had to do a return unfortunately bit tight around the waist very good quality material. Do have to pay for return but that was ok delivery was free.
I needed to enquire a question to customer service by email very responsive excellent customer service.
