I needed a refund and they responded very well.

First time ordering from them an evening dress. Very happy with my order. The dress is true to size. I payed for a speedy delivery and it was delivered quickly. A bit lacking in communication about delivery though, other then that cannot complain. I will order from them again.

Returns policy for ‘final sale’ items is against UK distance selling laws. Companies selling to the UK legally have to allow returns for any items sold online. Stating that you do not accept returns is illegal. Please refer to the gov website’s page on distance selling.

Very good customer service and dresses are better than expected.

Absolutely disgusting the total amount for my purchase was £58 when I came to return the item as it was to small they deducted the discount that was given for being a new customer and a charge of £9.99 for a label to return and the original shipping fees bringing my total refund to £38.60 absolutely shocking I would imagine if they included a return label and we paid for the return postage of the one item it would be no where near £9.99will never be ordering from them again

I bought a dress on the 6th of July for my graduation on the 22nd. At the time of purchasing it said it would arrive in 3-10 days. It is now the day before my graduation and it hasn’t turned up. It’s ruined the day for me. Do not buy from here

Fabulous service. I ordered a couple of dresses but I then realised they wouldn’t arrive in time so emailed to see if I could cancel. To my surprise (as it was about midnight) I had a response straight away approving the cancellation. Brilliant customer service which has ensured I will definitely use this company again! Thanks ☺️

My daughter is 8 months pregnant and also bridesmaid at her sisters wedding she tried on her bridesmaid dress which she was hoping would be OK but unfortunately she h ad grown
So I contacted ever pretty they got straight back to me with a delivery date and dress great service

Had to return my first order as tbe size was way off. When I reordered it I purchased 2 in different sizes. Kept the one that was 3 times bigger than my usual size!
Luckily customer service was outstanding! Fantastic communication, quick delivery and refunded straight away.
Was not expecting the quality to be as good as it was due to the price. So glad I have found this company as I will definitely be purchasing again

I ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses which were final sale items. Three dresses were in one size and two dresses in another size. I paid for the items and the order was placed. Two dresses dispatched and the company contacted me to say they didn't have three of the dresses. I asked for a full refund for the 5 dresses as I ordered them as a set and the company let that order go through. The company has refunded me for the three dresses. However they are currently refusing to take back and refund the two dresses as they were marked final sale and this is their policy. Whilst I understand the policy, the order was placed on the understanding that I would receive 5 dresses the same and the company is only able to fulfill 2 fifths of the order. Basic customer service would be to make an exception given the circumstances. However the company is currently refusing to do that. Very poor service and I will not be using this company in future.

I cannot recommend these enough. Bought a dress which was delivered in 2 days. Sadly was too small (I'm currently in between sizes), so I had to exchange the item.
The exchange process was easy, and I received my 2nd dress within a week.
The dress which I wore to renew my wedding vows in Paris was stunning with superb quality with prices which were affordable. I will definitely use these again!

Such a beautiful bridesmaid dress. First one- too small. Very easily exchanged. Price was very affordable. Beautiful quality and the navy colour was stunning. It fitted perfectly and as a 53 year old bridesmaid the style was very complimentary. Had so many lovely comments throughout the day. Just perfect. Thank you so much.

Poor quality fabric dye; patches of the dress's lace have horribly discoloured. (I would attach a photo, but the company have disabled this feature!) The dress has only been worn and washed - according to instructions - once!

I've requested a repair or replacement of the faulty dress under the CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015. None of the staff are aware of their obligations under this Act. Incorrectly, they repeatedly said I'm outside of their 30-day Returns Policy so they cannot help, which is incorrect where there's a fault or quality issue. (See Martin Lewis' Money Saving Expert for details of your consumer rights.)

Therefore, I called Consumer Rights specialists at Citizens Advice. They have referred the case to TRADING STANDARDS for further investigation of the company's policies and procedures, under both civil and criminal remits, because they are seeking to curtail customers' consumer rights.

I've written two complaints to Ever Pretty, but had no response to either.

I wouldn't normally review on Trustpilot but I ordered from Ever Pretty only to be scared straight by the reviews about the returns and just wanted to come and say that my experience was really easy.

Ordered four dresses for my bridesmaid to try on, one of them was perfect so we kept it and returned the other three. You have to go through a survey to request a refund but there is an option for you if you bought to try on. Then you get sent an Evri label to print out and take to an Evri parcel shop. Be warned - it only gives you three days to send it and I stupidly didn't think of where I'd print it so I would recommend getting your ducks in a row before requesting a return!

Honestly though, I sent it Monday night and got a notification of refund AND the refund on the Friday morning.

My only gripe is they do charge a restocking fee (mine was £8.90, not sure if it changes for quantity of dresses) which they give back as a voucher. Bit useless if you didn't intend to buy any more dresses but good if you had more bridesmaids to cater for. My dress was £62.99 and I ended up paying £68 for it which is confusing but I guess some of it was shipping and I had a discount as a first time buyer. I didn't think that was too bad as I would have been willing to pay shipping anyway.

Overall the dresses are lovely, we opted for a beautiful chiffon gown that was flattering of all sizes. Some of the more complicated ones with net on them do look a bit cheaper in real life but considering the price I was really impressed. To say they were shipped from China as well, I think it only took a week and a half to reach me.

Highly recommend Ever Pretty. Excellent quality products at great prices. Customer service is second to none. I accidentally ordered the wrong dress but the return and refund was quick and easy. I can’t wait to place my next order :)

Though there was some initial confusion, as though the items appeared to be in stock and we ordered and paid for them, three of the items were not in stock. The customer service, based in the UK were extremely helpful and efficient in sorting out the issue and refunding the amount paid. Unfortunately the remaining items were too small and were returned, to an address in France. Again the refund was quickly returned to my account. Excellent customer service and follow up

Ever Pretty had so many lovely dresses to choose from and exactly the right colour I was envisaging my Bridesmaids in.

Their customer service was so good when I had a few issues when trying to return some of my some of the dresses due to a change of style / colour / size

I would really recommend them based on the styles / ranges / colours / sizes available.

I’m so excited for my Bridesmaids to wear their dresses on my big day in just over 10 weeks. Yay!!!
