Appalling company
This company has zero care for the customer, they use every excuse not to refund, blaming government, people working from home.
They even claim a concert is not cancelled, sorry Eventim, the date I booked IS cancelled, the new date is a year in the future, a different venue and different seats which is all unsuitable, but you don't care about that.
Eventim are determined not to refund us even though their terms and conditions say they will offer a refund following cancellation.
