I ordered a pair af sneakers named AKK-ZIP (OG-381) at a value of 280$. The size was way to big, so I had to ship them back. Return is very complicated and I had to pay costs myself which is very unusual for a product in that price range. I shipped with UPS at a cost of 56$!!?? Because it was for the Netherlands. Now a month and a half after the package has been delivered (I checked via the tracking no.), I still have not received my money for the sneakers. Customer service is not responding to my several emails. Don’t ever buy products from this company!!!! It Suicoke should see this my order no. is #2693. I want my money!!!

They have a terrible return policy. You pay $200 for EVA sandals, their website recommends going a full size up, and they end up being huge. When you go to exchange them, you find out that you have to buy new ones and ship the previous ones at your expense (first time I see this in this items price range). Normally I'd just blame myself for not reading their return policy prior to ordering, but its specially irritating when I followed their recommendation and now I lost 30 euros shipping it back to them. I emailed them about this and they simply ignored it and just sent instructions to return it.
