The coverage of Strade Bianche is ridiculous, it’s 13:00 it hasn’t started yet, just yap yap yap, i want to watch the cycling not listening to 3 people blabbing on saying the obvious, just show the cycling for crying out loud 🤷‍♂️

Unclear, to me anyhow, what you get for your money, so I didn't. I would definitely spend my money else where and get a better prodct.

During the early hours of this morning, I watched the Olympics women's curling final on Eurosport. The inane, fatuous comments of the commentator were completely uninformative demonstrating little, if any, knowledge of the sport. I am presently re-watching the match on BBC where the team of intelligent commentators give clear and concise insight into what is occurring on screen making the viewing experience a pleasure. We have cancelled our subscription to the Eurosport service.

Carlton Kirby doesn’t even know the names of the teams/nations involved in the Winter Olympics. Do you actually pay the idiot?

No support, you can write hundreds of mails and they wont anwser, eurosport player doesnt work, it was working fine few days ago, but because of stupid olimpics and their dumb updates it stopped loading any videos but they take your money, fix your garbage or go to hell.

Lost a lot of my favourite winter sports. Not as diverse as it used to be, but still good though

Indescribably poor service to UK customers as regards the Australian Open coverage when using the Discovery+ Sport add-on for Amazon Prime Video, which gives access to Eurosport's coverage. I object to being forced to give it one star. No replays available and advertising squeezed into every opportunity between games to ruin enjoyment of watching few live matches on offer on Eurosport 1 or 2. Not interested in a generic reply saying to contact their help dept. This is a systemic failure to provide a decent framework of coverage, not a user problem - just look at all the hundreds of angry comments to prove this. They have signed a 5 year deal with Roland Garros so gawd help us. They should look to US Open coverage via Amazon Prime last year to see how it should be done.

Am watching the Australian Open on the TV...absolutely appalling coverage, couldn't even find the Nadal match and had recorded Eurosport 1 and 2..cannot believe how games are being cut off on the final set, how can they just give under 3 hrs on record to watch a men's match when it could be a five setter, this is all they are giving for all matches, what a joke, never know what is going on, no order of play, all they keep plugging is Discovery Plus..first year I really have not enjoyed it, given up and will just watch the finals now, and highlights on BBC2, absolutely disgusted with the coverage this year, just sell it off to Amazon where at least we enjoyed full coverage of the US Open, Iplayer is even worse, wouldn't even bother with the app after reading awful reviews, but all eurosport do is send stupid replys

I signed up for the Australian Open tennis on Eurosport via Amazon. It is absolutely rubbish with amateur commentary and program presentation. Trying to find a reply or game, impossible. What a waste of money and won’t be watching the French Open.

What's happened Eurosport, I've had a subscription with you for years and have been delighted with your tennis coverage and how easy it used to be to find matches to catch up on. Now the service is absolutely shambolic. Matches are stopped halfway through and many important matches appear to be missing. There is no system to identify what matches are being played. There is no clear catch up. No wonder all the reviews of the AO have been poor
Please Eurosport go back to how it used to be.

I record the Australian open every evening on Eurosport channels 1 and 2. Was looking forward to watching Dan Evans (the only remaining Brit) play Aliassim. Unfortunately, during the night Eurosport thought it a good idea to rename the programme to Felix Auger Aliassim - Dan Evans. Because of this my recording failed. I only realised this after a long time scrolling through all the other programmes I had recorded. Very angry and frustrated. Whilst trying to work out how I could watch the match I found out the result.
Very poor from Eurosport. Not a problem I have with Amazon prime.

Totally shambolic coverage of the Australian Open tennis. No way to navigate the whatever their system is (I don't think they have one). No way to identify what any coverage includes. Complete waste of my subscription, which I have already cancelled.
Edit: I need to clarify that I am referring to the Discovery+ Sport add-on for the Amazon Prime Video, which gives access to Eurosport's coverage. If you go to the Eurosport Player web site you'll see it is actually well organised and has a good On Demand service. You could argue this review should therefore be on Amazon Prime Video and that's fair comment. However, I couldn't access Eurosport Player because it did no recognise my Prime Video account. After having Amazon cancel and refund my subscription for the add-on I created an account directly on the Eurosport Player website (at same subscription price) and enjoyed watching some tennis. But the next time I tried to access the Eurosport Player it again would not recognise my account! I placed a help request with Eurosport, to which I am still waiting for a response. Eventually, I tried a link in an email I received on starting their subscription and this took me to the Discovery+ website, and there under the Sports tab is something that looks exactly like the Eurosport Player! Furthermore, it recognised my account and I can now see plenty of tennis. So my review stands on the basis of gross confusion for a customer caught between differing presentations of what should be the same thing on Prime Video, Eurosport and Discovery+

Truly appalling decisions on programming. Not only did they take off the Osaka v Anisimova at a crucial point, but then they opt to play repeats of earlier matches rather than the very exciting looking live match between Karatsev & Mannarino. And so much time spent in the studio with the irritating new presenter (who never won a match in main draw at a grand slam in her entire career) - why don’t they put the studio bit on the player and keep the tv channels free for actual matches.

The Australian open had a really exciting match today (21/1/2022) between Osaka and Anismova and it was on Eurosport 2. Even though it was meant to finish at 10.30 they inexplicably changed to Alpine skiing at 10.20!
This meant viewers were left in frustration not seeing who won when it was 5-5 in the final set!
When I turned to Eurosport 1 Nadal was only warming up! Ridiculous not showing the outcome of a match featuring a Champion! 🙄

I would have given 0 if it were possible. Yesterday, Eurosport chose against playing the Medvedev Kyrgios match, the stand out match of the second round, in favour of an ageing Andy Murray who was getting beat convincingly. Then today, at 5-5 in the third set of the Osaka, reigning women’s champion, and Anisimova match, they turned it off early to show coverage of Alpine Skiing which was not due to start until 10:30. Not only was this a great match coming to its climax, the point is that Eurosport would not have turned this off if it were Federer or Nadal in this position. Therefore I definitely think there is a sexist element to this decision. Very disappointing.

Disappointing camera work and amateurish presentation.

Aussies please take a look at the way the BBC cover Wimbledon and learn.

I heartily agree with previous comments regarding Eurosport coverage of Australian Open. Totally amateurish coverage, why do it if you can't do it properly. Having to troll through lots of 'choices' in labelled and for the most part empty is totally frustrating that the point that I have cancelled by my subscription. Take a leaf out of Amazon Primes book and do it properly or not at all.
