Very happy with Eurosport. There seems to be a good choice of sport. The cycling in Italy was my first taste and I enjoyed , except for the studio work. I thought the lady presenting was under dressed most of the time. Perhaps I am out of touch ,but it spoiled it for me. Also technical talk about the bikes would be good. Maybe a forum to ask questions? Excellent value for money.

Poor. They cancelled my eurosport pass without consultation and are now trying to force me to buy the far more expensive Discovery+ service (with "entertainment"!) instead. Avoid.

I had a problem with payments but I had forgot that I subscribed trough website and not trough Apple.
I got the answer.
I like Eurosport player because it’s easy to buy it just for month.

Watching Swiatek semi. Why oh why do the commentators think that what they have to say has more importance than the tennis ? Constantly talking over the service and even the rallies. If you are so Important why dont you do radio or Web commentary so you can talk all the time ?

I want to stop my subscription now. Thank you...

I watch Eurosport via my very expensive Sky subscription on my TV. I may be a dying breed but I don’t watch on my phone on an app and not do I want to pay for yet another subscription channel. The coverage of WSBK is erratic and irritating. Yesterday 21st May they showed all the action. Today when there should be 2 races there’s no live coverage because Tennis is on. How do you expect people to follow a sport when they can’t guarantee watching it. BT sport smooth a fantastic job on MotoGP and I pay for that! There is little wonder the following on WSBK is waning with this rubbish coverage. DORNA need to review their broadcast contract to a company that actually broadcasts it!!! Eurosport are the worst!

Eurosport seem to think it’s ok to show tennis 24/7 even if it means taking off other sports. It’s the same with snooker.

Not everybody in the uk likes tennis, snooker or cycling, so now about giving us coverage.

I like Biathlon and Cross Country Skiing, Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined. But given as soon as one of the other sports mentioned in the first paragraph above, they disappear.

Discovery+ is even worse, I’m not going to pay for a 12th class service, which is what it is.

Eurosport need to be removed from sky until they represent in the uk who like other sports

If you want to watch sport there is nothing in here. Just Results. I JUST WASTE MY MONEY AND I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED. IT IS NOT SAID CLEAR WHAT YOU ARE OFFERING. Anyone looking for a good sports app, it has to be Eurosport.

Does the director of WSB actually know about motorcycle racing? The significant crash at turn one between Rea and Toprack was missed by the cameras ( only onboard footage). Subsequently, while the race was still in progress, we are treated to watching Rea and Toprack trudge up the stairs to their team offices. Great viewing, watching two men walk up some stairs, truly rivetting stuff, WHILE THE RACE WAS STILL IN PROGRESS !!
I can only assume the director is more used to directing TV dramas and not LIVE SPORT.
Come on, you can and should do better than this

I payed my anual suscription in order to see the boulder finals and I spent 30 minuts to found it. The worst platform I’ve ever seen. Why is so dificult to find climbing semyfinals in this platform?

One thing I wish they would improve is that the HD streaming quality is a bit low - I guess they compress it a lot to save money.

Edit: thanks for the reply with the suggestion to contact your support desk. I have done this now, and they were unable to help. I have also done some more investigation, and discovered that if I watch one of the free cycling highlights videos on Eurosport.co.uk then it truly does display in HD/UHD quality – everything is sharp and clear. But then if I watch the same cycling race on the EurosportPlayer website (in fact the same parts of the race from the free video) then the quality does indeed drop - just look at the white Eurosport logo in the top right of the videos. So the paid videos must be being throttled on the Player which is disappointing (and verging on false advertising etc). Such a shame ...

I was really satisfied with the help I got, very quick response to my emails.

Eurosport has a very poor sound editting. Every commercial block when Dutch commentators stop talking for the break you get about 3 second of English and then 3 second silence and then the commercials start.
That is when you actually get Dutch commentators because quite often you get a different language on TV while there is a Dutch commentary team doing comms.
Also commentators rarely are told when they are live or not especially in the races where there is only a livestream.

Secondly Support teams are unresponsive on socials. Best I got from them was a reply "How can we help you" kind of message.

I was very unhappy that without notice I was charged £39.99 for subscription renewal. I wrote to ask for a refund and to cancel my subscription. An email arrived offering me a subscription for £9.99 instead (or so I thought) . I then discover that I have now paid £39.99 and will pay another £9.99 next year . 'Tricking' customers is not what I expected from Eurosport :(
