What a solid experience

What a solid experience. Peter B. and I exchanged emails several times, discussed several watches, I even purchased one, which I found to be too svelte to my liking, we worked out a return, a trade and a larger purchase. Very satisfied with the experience, Peter was the consummate professional throughout the process and the inventory is eclectic, fun, varied and ever-changing. The old adage of getting what one pays for is truly alive here. If (when?) I revisit this hobby, this will be my starting point. Many thanks for exceeding expectations. Cheers!

Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish

Excellent experience with European Watch Company. Philip was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout taking the time to answer my questions and make the process comfortable. Joshua’s personal involvement also reflected a high level of care and professionalism.

The transaction was smooth, effortless, and handled with great attention to detail. The watch arrived securely packaged, exactly as described and better in person than expected.

I truly appreciated the thoughtful follow through from Philip, Joshua, and the EWC team. I am already considering additional pieces to add to my collection and look forward to working with European Watch Company again.
