Great platform, helpful team
Helpers from this site are really helpful! I got a problem that took them like 2 weeks to settle. During the they dealing with the problem, their helpers always kept me updated and asked me with the results. At one time I thought this would not be solved and they were not following up anymore. But a couple days later, their team came again and updated their latest progress. This kind of service is really something I cannot imagine in Hong Kong.

The costumer service is elite! I had quite a few questions/problems coming up along the way of booking my accomodations and the costumer service was extremely quick and helpful. Up until this point, my experience with Etuloge is super positive!

Etuloge is by far the best website for finding student accommodation in France especially if you are looking from overseas. Fast service, well photographed and explained accommodation and most importantly a clear roadmap of progress with built in response times all make up a good experience. This site has been very well thought out and designed. Very fast and friendly responses via WhatsApp for any question you might have, we are so impressed by how far ahead of the competition Etuloge are and wish them every success.
