Both Petros and Matthew were extremely thorough and helpful throughout our survey process. Matthew was proactive and communicated efficiently during booking and completion of the survey. Our surveyor, Petros, completed the survey report to an extremely high standard and included a lot of great detail. He also took us through the survey findings in a phone call - everything was explained to us including prioritisation of repairs and all of our questions were answered succinctly. Petros went above and beyond to ensure we were able to make a well-informed decision on how best to proceed with the property purchase and we are extremely grateful for his guidance and support. We can't recommend e-surv enough!

WARNING - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Esurv undervalued my property by £400k despite being told contrary information from several estate agents and provided comparables. Surveyor refused to incorporate evidence provided next day despite asking for it and sent his undervaluation in the same day. DO NOT TRUST THIS SURVEY FIRM IF APPOINTED. HOME SELLERS and REMORTGARGERS REFUSE THE SURVEY.

We had a RICS Level 2 survey carried out and were extremely happy with the service from start to finish. The surveyor (Ian Bawden) was friendly, professional, thorough and clearly took the time to properly assess the property.
