Great communication with Sureyya prior to arriving. Assisted with all of my queries. When I arrived I was impressed by the great deal of care and thought that went into taking extra precautions to keeping me safe during surgery as I have health complications already. My surgery went amazing and healing also good. Dr Lutfi did an amazing job.

Healing well , fabulous communication, excellent service throughout my journey. Bruises are going yellow after 3 days thats excellent! I am returning in 3 months for another surgery.
My surgeon was Dr Mesut . Bare in mind i am still swollen and stitches out today , but confident enough to return. After care is fabulous!

Due to some unexpected family circumstances, I had to cancel and reschedule my operation multiple times. Cemre was incredibly understanding, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He ensured that my dates were extended without any issues and provided constant reassurance and support, which meant a great deal to me.

On the day of my operation, Cemre went above and beyond not just for me, but also for my sister, who couldn’t be there with me. He kindly kept her updated over the phone, reassuring her that everything had gone smoothly and that I was doing well. This thoughtful gesture brought so much comfort to both of us, and we are truly grateful.
On operation day I was introduced to the lovely Althea, who carefully explained all the pre- and post-operation procedures. She was clear, kind, and very professional. I also had the pleasure of being treated by a wonderful female surgeon whose warmth and expertise made me feel completely at ease.

Everyone was helpful at the clinic, transaltor Krisztina, all the nurses and my doctor Lütfi did amazing job. Hotel and transfers were also great.

Really good service from start to finish. Medical staff seem very competent. Still early days and so far I'm very happy with the result. Amazingly even though I do now have a hairline and hair - people at home don't seem to notice which shows you how well its been done. I'm sure this will change as it gets longer however very happy in these early stages.

I had a Secondary Rhinoplasty procedure done here, It was really great experience even though it's a long surgery process because I didn't only get Rhinoplasty but as well as alarplasty. Since I am from Indonesia so it's very tricky to get my tip and bridge higher. The Patient Coordinator Miss Elcin helped me really well by explaining all of the procedures and explain everything to me for my two night stay. The Doctor understands my clear explanation regarding what I expected regarding my nose shape preferences. The nurse took care of me really well and also they were very friendly. The food was great and they also provided my companion food and comfortable sleeping place in the room. It's verily amazing and great experience for me.
I hope that they can add a small trash can in the room nearby the bed.

I had my hair transplant two weeks ago.

The procedure was fairly straightforward it was about 7 hours with 4500 grafts being implanted.

Esteworld team was quite friendly and took care of me very nicely. From airport -hotel - procedure-airport all was communicated well.

I will post pictures in reply to this in next 9 months to share before and after.

Special mention of Sai , SANAZ and Ceylan were quite helpful.

I did my rhinoplasty and breast augmentation surgery here. Everything was professional. My coordinator was amazing. Doctor and nurses were tacking care about me from my first step to clinic. I like my results and I feel like I made a good choice.

Good service but a lot of confusion due to language barriers.

My Hair Transplant Experience

In 2022, I had my first FUE Sapphire hair transplant at this clinic, and in 2025, I returned for a DHI procedure. While I am satisfied with the overall experience, I believe that clients should be better informed about the key differences between these two techniques. Understanding these distinctions is crucial for setting the right expectations and choosing the best option for individual needs.

One area that needs improvement is the patient comfort during surgery—the beds should be upgraded to ensure warmth throughout the procedure. Additionally, I noticed a change in the operating rooms since my first visit. In 2022, the facilities were more modern and perfectly suited for this type of intervention. Unfortunately, the operating room I was assigned to in 2025 did not meet the same standards, which was a bit disappointing.

That being said, I want to express my gratitude to Cristina, who provided me with all the necessary information and guided me through the process. I also appreciate the support from the Duman Clinic team in Bucharest, as well as Dr. Irem, whose empathy and professionalism made the entire experience much smoother.

Great care from start to finish. All the staff that helped with translation were amazing and a big thank you to all the technicians for the great work. I do wish though that the doctors had been more involved (for hair transplant). Dental clinic was amazing in their care for me and the quick service on the last day was much appreciated.
