Esteworld Hair Transplant & Plastic Surgery & Dental Clinic 

I chose Esteworld Clinic based on promises made during my virtual consultation. I was assured of three key things:
1. A painless procedure
2. A full hair transplant covering my entire scalp, including the crown
3. A process that would not harm the donor area (back of the head)
Unfortunately, my actual experience was far from what was promised.
Upon arrival, the doctor informed me they would not be working on my entire head, specifically refusing to treat the crown area—contradicting what was clearly discussed in my initial consultation.
The procedure itself was traumatizing. While harvesting hair from the donor area, I experienced intense, unbearable pain. I repeatedly screamed for them to stop and pleaded for my translator to be brought in. Despite this, they continued aggressively harvesting hair without pause, pushing and twisting my head down. It took 20 minutes before my translator was allowed into the room. The pain was excruciating—like having a sharp razor used repeatedly on inflamed skin.
Following this ordeal, I spoke to three different staff members at the clinic—two of them in person. One wrote an internal report, and another asked me to document everything in detail, which I did. I was told my complaint was shared word-for-word with Dr. Burak, the clinic manager.
What was their response?
Nothing more than an apology and some sympathetic words. No compensation, no corrective treatment, no sincere attempt to make things right.
I documented every interaction with the clinic. In my final message before contacting my credit card provider to dispute the charge, I politely requested a refund of my deposit as a token of goodwill. I received no reply.
I was promised a painless experience—this was a key reason I chose Esteworld. Instead, I was told to fast for 8 hours beforehand (for anesthesia), subjected to over-harvesting, suffered physical pain, and had my vacation ruined. It became clear to me that Esteworld operates more like a commercial enterprise than a medical facility. Despite their appearance and marketing, they do not provide the level of care one expects from a reputable clinic.

I had a wonderful experience with Cemre Duru he was professional, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. The procedure truly changed my Dad’s life, and mine. We couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Este World and will definitely be sharing my experience with all my friends.

My journey with this company was criticized in many ways. Since I reported this company to the police and there is an initial legal process against them, I cannot go into details. I deeply regret choosing Esteworld. I really do not recommend this to anyone.

My tip for people who want to have plastic surgery is to be extremely careful about which clinic you choose.

Esteworld is registered on swedish ARN for a previous case regarding a patient/customer. (Wich is bad!)

If something were to go wrong with your surgery, you will have very big consequences and the penalties due to having surgery abroad are incredibly difficult, and initiating a process abroad is also something where no insurance covers such costs. So for this reason my tip to all fellow human beings is - be really careful which clinic you choose and depending on which body part you want to have the procedure done, you should be aware that the final result is seen after 1 year. When it comes to hair transplantation, there are definitely better places in the world than Esteworld to perform this treatment. DHI, stands for Direct Hair Implantation, which is a method of hair transplantation that was originally developed by Dr. Konstantinos Giotis in Palo Alto, California. It is a further developed variant of the FUE method (Follicular Unit Extraction).

I really do not recommend a clinic that is already registered with ARN - which I unfortunately did not know about as the contact persons they have did not tell me anything before I went to Turkey and once in Turkey I was treated in an extremely inhumane way - to the point that a police report was made. (there are two other Swedish citizens who can testify about this incident and who are also witnesses)

I absolutely do not recommend Esteworld for any of a number of different reasons that I cannot go into detail right now…

The biggest mistake of my life was choosing Esteworld. I highly recommend that you avoid this company that is already registered with the General Complaints Board.

It was a catastrophic mistake of me to choose Esteworld!

(What a big coincidence It must be that so many misspelled reviews are pouring in regarding just how caring, professional, kind, etc Esteworld is. Very similar to mine but in a positive form and where the names of employees are clearly stated in the text - which in itself is inappropriate and not appropriate.

I am very grateful that my experience is a genuine experience. My review is also verified because I received an invitation from the Swedish side of Esteworld. In addition to this I am extremely grateful that there are at least two Swedish girls who were also in Turkey and these two people are witnesses to how badly I was treated by Esteworld when I was in Turkey.)

I was very happy how the clinic was organized from picking-up us from the airport to the actual surgery. Everything was smooth, professional and above all safe.

Traveled from Melbourne to Instabul because Mr. Cemre convinced my son and I with the great hair transplant service his company provides and their attention to detail, They planned my son’s stay and made his hair transplant procedure very smooth and easy. Cemre’s English is great which helped a lot and Cemre’s communication with the company and us was conducted in the most easy way possible which made my son and I feel very safe. Travelled to Esteworld from Canada for my hair transplant, and cannot say enough about the great care and service I received from everyone I dealt with, from the private drivers to the surgical team. An extra special thank you to Teuta, my English guide who has the best temperament - calm, friendly and knowledgeable. All around a great experience I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their looks without spending a fortune.

This is my second hair transplant with Esteworld. I had one in 2019, and people dont even know i had it until i tell them. This surgery was to get extra density. Both times, everyone at Esteworld was extremely clear with post, pre, and peri-op instructions, professional, and nice. The price is great, and I highly recommend them if you want a hair transplant.

Where do I begin? Let’s start with the professionalism right off the bat! I live in Florida and went to Turkey nervous about the procedure (hair transplant). Cemre Duru was the absolute BEST to work with! He speaks English and went through everything perfect. Any question I had he made sure to respond quick.

Travel: Cemre Duru and Mertcan Made sure I was set up for the airlines and pick up when I got to turkey. I was immediately picked up by Cem and he was great. Went to our hotel, felt like home! It was so beautiful. You won’t feel scared at all they take care of every thing. I really hope I got her name right, but Ceylan went above and BEYONDDD to help me with everything. She is the absolute best and I want to give her the biggest hug. Without her there, I think I wouldn’t have enjoyed the process as much haha. She even checked in on me during surgery to make sure I was ok!

Surgery- I got a lot of work done, so my surgery took longer than most. I had such an amazing team of surgeons who were not only super nice, they made me feel comfortable. We called the main guy “Chef” haha. I wish I remembered their names, but I would love for them to know they were incredible. Also the hardest part of the surgery is just the needles to numb the pain. The rest is a cake walk pretty much

-recovery- I am still currently talking to them and asking questions regarding my healing phases. They are all soooo kind and help me out when I need! I want to go back just to hug them all haha. Thank you team and family!

Traveled from Los Angeles to Turkey for my nose surgery. Cemre Duru made everything so easy and understanding he speaks great English. They did an AMAZING job. Couldn’t have asked for better service and results. If you are looking to get any type of work done here don’t hesitate best decision I’ve made. Great experience from the initial video consult to the actual surgery, The clinic was very thorough about the process, individualized attention and aftercare making it a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone thinking about hair transplantation.

Cemre customer service and care is amazing! At first, I was a bit nervous to travel for this hair procedure but after talking to Cerme he ensured everything will turn out great. Not only was he correct but he surpassed by expectations. He communicated with me throughout the entire process (speaks great English by the way). Checked in to see how I was doing right after the procedure. He made everything very easy. Very satisfied with the service and care from here!

I did a rhinoplasty at Esteworld and I’m very happy with my choice. Everybody was very nice. I was offered great service and I’m still very swollen but I can see that the end result is going to be good.

I have undergone two plastic surgeries at Esteworld in Turkey. The first was a 360-degree skin reduction on my abdomen, and the second was the removal of excess skin on my upper arms and thighs. The first procedure went well, and the result is satisfactory, although my overall experience with communication at the clinic was poor. Many of the nurses do not speak English, and I often felt more like an "object" than a patient when they spoke over my head in Turkish.

However, I am very dissatisfied with the result of the second surgery, which was also performed by a surgeon who spoke only Turkish. I had been informed that the incision on my arms would be placed on the inner side. This was not the case. The scars are on the back of my arms, and they are very disfiguring, to the extent that I now almost never go outside wearing a T-shirt.

Furthermore, there were clear agreements regarding the scope of both liposuction and skin reduction on my legs (as agreed with the first surgeon). Despite this, they questioned the agreement and demanded a significant extra payment—this was communicated to me while I was lying in bed, ready to be taken to the operating room. I made it very clear that I expected them to honor the original agreement, which included liposuction on both the thighs and knees. They reluctantly agreed but still omitted the area around the knees.

I have since contacted Esteworld in an attempt to initiate a dialogue about these issues, but I was outright dismissed. As a result, I had to pay for another surgery here in Denmark to correct the untreated area around my knees. I find the entire course of events to be deeply problematic and unsettling. The lack of customer service and the failure to acknowledge their internal misalignment should in no way be placed on me.
Given my experience with Esteworld, I would by no means recommend the clinic at all!

UPDATE: On June 27th I have sent the following email to Esteworld's customer service:

Dear Esteworld,

At your request and related to my Trustpilot review, I am hereby contacting your customer service – for the third time, in fact – regarding my experience with plastic surgery at Esteworld. On my two previous attempts, I was outright rejected without further dialogue, as also mentioned in my Trustpilot review. I was informed that Dr. Lütfi was aware of my inquiry, yet he chose to reject it outright.

I find it wholly unacceptable that you refuse to engage with what I consider to be serious concerns relating both to the quality of the surgical outcome and to a breach of our agreement.

The result of the second surgery on my arms is highly unsatisfactory – to the extent that I now feel uncomfortable going out in public wearing a t-shirt. This is not a minor issue; it significantly affects my daily life and well-being.
Additionally, the scope of the second surgery – specifically regarding my thighs and knees – had been clearly and unequivocally agreed upon with the surgeon who performed my first procedure. While I do not recall his name, he had an Irish accent, and I was informed that he no longer worked with Esteworld. I was then told that Dr. Lütfi would take over and perform the second surgery.

The way the scope of the procedure was renegotiated is, in my view, highly problematic. Being presented with an unexpected additional cost for something already agreed upon – and being asked to pay this, moments before entering surgery – is unacceptable. What is worse, the knee part of the surgery was then simply omitted without any explanation or notice.

As a result, I have since had to pay 36.000 DKK to have this procedure corrected in Denmark.

I would expect a timely and serious response to the concerns outlined above.

I decided to choose este world for my dental treatment and my mummy makeover doing a lot of research on this company I knew this was the place for me. From start to finish I was made feel very comfortable and was guided along the way with sureyaa who has been so kind and helpful with any questions I have had he’s been there to help me I can not fault there service from start to finish from the transport to the booking the treatments to staying in the hospital to returning home and the after care I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be returning for my surgery I cannot believe the transformation in both my dental and body outcome, this clinic puts your health and welfare before everything else thank you so much esteworld and I will see you again soon :)
