His warmth, support, guidance, communication, and genuine care made my entire experience unforgettable. He made me feel safe, valued, and completely taken care of every step of the way.

Transport from Istanbul Airport was professional and seamless. I had a late flight in, but Este Grande arranged it in a way that I could get my medical check the day I landed, then come in early the next day for my blepharoplasty procedure. Over the next two days, they took extremely good care to ensure I was comfortable, my vitals were recorded in accordance with protocol, and I was never disturbed by the nurses and healthcare assistants coming in, even when it was late at night and I had to wake up; they took care to be gentle and careful.

Michael helped immensely throughout the whole process, his communication and the logistics behind getting me everywhere I needed to go, and answering any question I had, reassured me that Este Grande was the right choice. Morgan checked in on me, made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, he helped me pick up the right prescriptions before being discharged, and ensured I got safely into the car back to my hotel.

It's only been 4 days since my operation, but I am not in pain. My eyes have only a slight amount of itchiness, and I will be getting a checkup in a couple of days.

The whole team at EsteGrande is professional and made this experience as comfortable as possible. Thank you very much.

I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of my hair transplant at Estegrande.
I only had a hairline transplant, yet the results are very unnatural. The first rows of a natural hairline should only contain single grafts, however some of mine contain 4–5 hairs per graft, creating a clear plug-like appearance. This basic principle was not followed.
The angles of the grafts are also incorrect, so the transplanted hair does not flow naturally with my existing hair and looks very obvious. I am now more self-conscious than I was before the procedure.
I have never written a bad review, but given my outcome I feel people should be aware. I am happy to answer questions and have photos and videos of my results.The only positive was Michael, who supported me throughout and was always available. The staff are lovely people, but not experienced in creating a natural hairline.
I now need a €14,000 corrective procedure. review is not fake I have lots of photos and videos of me in the clinic

I have visited este grande twice now, the first time I was very apprehensive and anxious about the procedure and the whole thing really, but Michael answered every one of my questions and made me feel better about the hair transplant. The first time I went I was with a friend of mine, we had been chatting about it for ages, and one drunken night at a festival we spoke about it in depth. The next day it wasn’t mentioned and for a few weeks after it was forgotten about until my friend messaged saying ‘have you spoken to that guy you know who had a hair transplant in Turkey?’ And then the ball was rolling.
On arrival into Istanbul, we were greeted by airport transfer who took us to the hotel, the hotel was great for what we required. On the procedure day we were taken to the hospital and greeted by Michael, we had our medical checks and then into the surgery. The team undertaking the surgery were fantastic, can’t fault them at all. The whole experience which was at first daunting, went very well and smoothly. The aftercare you receive from Michael is brilliant as well, always there to answer any questions or concerns that you may have about the post op.
I valued este grande highly, so I returned and had a second hair transplant, this time I went solo, which goes to show how highly I would recommend these guys for anyone considering a hair transplant. Honestly, having hair again has changed my life, and I can’t thank Michael and the team enough for that. 🙂

A friend of mine went to Este Grande for a hair transplant,he had nothing but good things to say about the service and job they did on his hair. I wanted to get it done myself for a long time so i got there number and got in touch with them through messaging from that day just over 3 years ago the communication has been super it seemed no matter what time i text whether early morning or late at night they got back to me as quickly as possible the guy i was dealing with was Michael his service and knowledge about absolutely ever aspect of the procedure and service was perfect a really great guy and very understanding and patient with me i booked 3 years ago and postponed twice for personal reasons and he understood and kept in touch for 3 years with me talking and keeping up to date with me about everything finally this year i was about to go get it done and im so happy i chose Este Grande they sent me all information about travelling to them well in advance of my arrive so i had no problems getting to the hotel or hospital they picked me up from the airport and dropped me back and the same for the airport from the moment i arrived at the hospital they were amazing a guy named Morgan im sorry if thats wrong but i sure it was morgan was a great guy i had no wifi and he allowed me to use his hotspot on more than one occasion escorted me everywhere the day of procedure and the day after for hair washing and going home when i was brought to the office for my procedure i met Michael face to face and his team of really professional people who were excellent at their jobs i had my procedure with zero problems and excellent care they were perfect at everything they did they made my experience enjoyable and stress free even now after ive been home for a few days he still replies to me as quickly as he can with all my questions a really great service i would highly recommend them they're amazing

Michael and Este Grande provided excellent planning for my procedure. Always very prompt and provided full response to all the enquiries.

They planned my day and trip to Istanbul very meticulously.

The day of procedure was as planned. Meet a few more people who were also fully aligned. They had prepared me in advance as to what to expect. My experience exceeded my expectations.

Post procedure day care was also as smooth as planned. Now looking forward to after care which was been explained clearly. They are still prompt in their response.

I couldn’t fault Micheal from este Grande who was my VIP consultant I text him with short notice with a fully booked schedule he managed to work his magic and got me booked in with a team organised everything for me and my fiancé from hotel pick up to operation day where Micheal was waiting outside for me through out the whole operation Micheal came and checked on me making sure I wasn’t in any pain or if I needed stayed late in the night to make sure I got back to the hotel safe and explaining the the recovery process the next day at my hair wash and also organising the transport to the airport when our flight was first thing in the morning all with 6 days notice before i flew to turkey would highly recommend Micheal and este grande

I'm so glad I discovered Estegrande through a friend. Who had his first transplant with them, and I saw very good results after 6 months. I decided to do mine, and I'll be honest: they're fantastic. You must study before booking with them, and you should speak with your advisor. In my case, I spoke with Michael, who is very good. I sent him a picture of my teenage hairline and asked him if they could restore it? Also, I need to ask him if I have enough donor area. He was very quick, and his response was swift and progressive.

He scheduled my dates and hotel stays, as well as pick-ups and drops. Not going to lie, the hotel and service were fantastic. They picked me up from the airport, and even though I arrived early, they offered me breakfast and roon right away. The next day, my test and ECG, as well as my meeting with the advisor and doctor, went very well. I know they don't speak very good English, but the advisor, Michael, and one of the doctors were adequate

The doctor who drew my hairline informed me that the front temple skin is extremely sensitive if I want to keep my original hairline. They will be able to do it, but I will have some swelling and it will be slightly painful on my anstetic, but if I agree to take that risk, they will gladly do it. Which I did, and to be honest, it hurts when they numb the area, but after seeing the results, I am very glad I agreed to carry out this procedure.

Finally, my hairline is back as I wanted it, and the back has been filled slightly because they don't want to overharvest it, but it looks fuller. I might come back in a year or two and only reach the top. Their service for washing up the next day and transportation back to the airport was excellent. They explained aftercare to me and gave me a free month's package. I'm very pleased with the results and will continue to update them. Fingers crossed.

I will also recommend everyone that please do your research before making any plans, and keep in mind that in some cases you will need to return for retoching.
