Expensive product
You guys are good, your software works amazing, but i must say your product is expensive compared to other products. I had to continue using it otherwise i cannot reinstall antivirus in my existing machines.

Easy to sign up for ESET protection
as hackers get more sophisticated. I support a lot of causes, use online banking, and have a very wide base of contacts from very old friends thru to many new friends, and a constantly expanding network of social justice and political organizations with endless petitions and online donations. There has yet to be a serious breach of confidentiality or online financial security. Just renewed ESET!

Reliable product
Used ESET “Internet Security” on my computers, for years, little confused with product name changes, but has worked well for me and staff have provided support on rare occasion needed. I don’t use on my Apple products.

I went on line to renew my subscription…
I went on line to renew my subscription due to the fact that my old credit card was on file rather than my new card. After several attempts ( my fault) I was able to download the Premium package but once again due to my own fault unable to get it activated.
Two days later I called the main Canadian contact number and was connected to a technical assistant in less than a minute. The person was understanding, polite and extremely patient. Eventually I authorized the person to remotely access my computer and he managed to correct my issues.
I can not possibly imagine getting better customer service and a quality product from anywhere else. If you want a quality product backed by superior customer service this ESET should be your first choice.

I have been using ESET for a year for my computer and my cellular. Everything is fine and I did not have any problems. Easy to install. Very happy. It was recommended by my computer store Pc-Tek.

Lack of coverage in 2025
Only concern I have is in 2025 I attempted to add coverage to a second computer. Unfortunately my second computer was dated so the coverage was not implemented yet I was still charged for the additional coverage. I was unsuccessful in reaching anyone at ESET to correct the situation. This year I altered coverage to one computer only
