Received part late
Got my parts 1 day late. I paid for expedited shipping and it did not come when expected. I paid more for shipping than what the part was worth. I emailed about this and have not received any response. I was only expecting a partial refund for the shipping amount I paid.

Service with a smile and no attitude.
The long awaited switch to my grinder finally arrived. When the package was opened the switch had been subjected to a great deal of force, bending over three (3) of the spade connectors and driving the fourth one deep into the switch body. Contacted EReplacement parts. Kyle answered my call. He was very pleasant and professional in his demeanor.
I explained the situation and he replied, no problem. Kyle asked if he could put me on hold while he investigated the situation. He told me that he processed my claim and would be receiving a credit to my card. He also explained that there were no more switches on hand and it would take a week or so for a new one. He processed my purchase for a replacement switch.

Heather‘s concern for my first time experience with your company, in addition to the detailed follow up that she provided, was as if she owned the company and only cared about my experience.
Clearly, I am sure you are grateful to have her representing your company, please give her a raise!
Even more importantly, though helpful, the previous two people I spoke with had given me incorrect information. As a result, had I not called today and had Heather support me, I might be waiting indefinitely for my products.

Sandra Richard was knowledgeable and was able to find the two fairly esoteric part #s I needed for an older model power sprayer. She's also very friendly and a valued neighbor from Canada and we agreed that Canadian and American citizens are and will be truly great friends and neighbors despite Trump being such a hater of his own citizens as well as Canada.

I called about a lawn mower blade replacement. The blade I received does not fit my mower and now they want me to jump through hoops to return the part making it not worth it. I will never do business with this company again! Buyer beware!
