I had checked the automated feature that the phone number directed me to, but it just said the order was waiting to ship, which is what it has been saying for a couple of weeks. She was polite, professional, and helpful. She also made me feel like a valued customer, not just another interruption in her day. I swear that I could hear a smile in her voice.
