We sold and purchased a property via Equity, Enfield town. Overall the experience was really good. There was some miscommunication on a couple of things; one being I asked not to have a ‘for sale’ board outside my property as I didn’t want the neighbours knowing we were on the market. This was honoured but after we accepted an offer our neighbours received a leaflet through their door confirming our property had been sold. This was disappointing. The other matter was due to change of staff and was cleared up by Darren in the progression team. Darren was fantastic to work with, provided regular updates and even when things weren’t going well in the chain, always answered my calls and provided guidance. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I cannot recommend Darren Nelson highly enough. Selling my flat was far from straightforward — due to complex lease issues, the process took many years. Throughout every let down, Darren remained patient, professional, and completely dedicated to getting the sale over the line.

What sets Darren apart is his persistence. Many brokers would have walked away from a sale this complicated, but Darren stayed with me every step of the way, keeping me informed and never losing focus on the end goal. He genuinely cares about his clients!!!
