I cannot understate how the service provided by Equipmentpro is. We ordered five fridge units from them, when one unit stopped working we contacted them as it was still under warranty, the process to get them to send a technician to confirm the cause of the issue is the single worst customer service I have ever experienced, the after sales agent is rude, arrogant and unintelligent.

The products seem attractive as they are slightly cheaper than most, but do not be fooled, the cost of dealing with these people if something breaks with the warranty period is not worth the small savings they offer.

This company have a really poor custumer services, more than 3 month for a delivery, no possible contact by phone. I don't recommend.

Delivery time 3-5 working days is incorect and they wont let you know that some items will arrive in 3 weeks time until you order, pay and start calling to find out that item is out of stock and will be delivered in 3 weeks time.
Items received were as expected, but better comunication about items out of stock and delivery time would be appreciated, as in urgence, client can look into other options or suppliers.
