Absolute garbage. Another £55 lesson in why you don’t buy from these Chinese scam operations. Every time you get misled. The watch sent resembles the advert but isn’t the same.

Poor quality, poor delivery the watch which cost £60 was clearly worth £5. Very poor nothing like images on site. I complained and asked for refund and was offered 40% refund and keep the watch. The w... See more

Money thieves

Since I have mastercard cash, it is not possible to overdraw on my bank account.
The amounts I use for are automatically reserved.
But from one day having $ 130 to the next having -115 dollars is virtually impossible when I have not spent any money.
But not for Epoch. That's what I've been exposed to.
So have to involve the police and hope they can get my money back.

Never never never use any kind of debit card if Epoch is involved.

They apparently live high on economic crime

Funny they don't have a problem getting your money every month! I don't know where to start with this business that's what you call this site.

Avoid Completely

Avoid completely! Don't even be tempted by a 1-day trial as they'll use your card for unauthorized transactions and subscribe you with zero warning.

Charged but did not purchase and not on system!

I've been on a certain adult camsite for a good while I love the site but this company keeps charging me 20.99 US/ about 30.78 Canadian when I did not purchase. It happened recently and last or two months ago. I contacted them through email no help told me to contact online chat or call. So I contacted live chat apparently they do not see a charge only the charge I did make. So why do I have a charge from them but the agent doesn't see it on system. The charges I have not made have a T with the transaction number. The agent answered I do not know what your talking about and I even sent them a screenshot of the charge! The purchases I did make have no T included in the transaction number. They would not refund because they do not see any recent charge they which was on Saturday may 30 but refer to the charge I know I did on may 24. Lucky I
gave them 2 stars because they actually credited
me once! But to charge me again seriously Thank you for no help or support this site is ready to take your money! Anyway they can! They are a bunch of Greedy money hungry agents, admins, company. BEWARE!

Double billing and bad customer service.

Billed me twice for the same subscription and refused to admit fault or refund me. Staff copy and paste templates, and do not understand issues. Will avoid any site using epoch in the future.

This company is fake

This company is fake, be warned, neither me or my husband have accounts with them and never have and they suddenly showed up on our bank statements charging us. We cancled our card and got a new one but they showed up again...and again with each new card. We are on card 5 now and they keep trying to charge us...my husband is the soul provider for our tiny family, I have babies to take care of and they keep taking our money...how am I going to feed my babies with no money. If it shows up contact your bank immediately no matter what time of day it is...I have reference numbers for this company being charged for fraud and this along with screen shots and recorded phone calls is being handed over to a lawyer.

I subscribed intending to check it out…

I subscribed intending to check it out and then cancel. I did cancel when I started receiving it, but after my free month's trial and I stopped receiving it (because yes, they did cancel it as I'd asked), I saw the worth of the publication and called to renew my subscription and was happy to pay the low monthly subscription price for a great newspaper. I cannot throw away a copy when I have finished reading it (I prefer the weekly print edition), and instead share it with friends and neighbors. I think everyone should read just one or more Epoch Times editions and compare it with the other news sources we hear on the radio.

Scam company on a quest to steal your money.
One of the worst companies I had ever worked with.
Customer service is a waste of money and time. On every question you have about a refund they are not willing to give you answers, just keep riding in circles until they tire you and you quit.

This will be a long story about how my PayPal email address probably got attached to another account.

This will be a long story; a story of big screw up by the company that had me wait for almost 2 weeks and problem is still not resolved.

So in order for everything to make sense I have to start at the beginning.

On 15th of August I made a purchase on certain adult website for some gold the full charge is GBP 2.10. I used PayPal as I am not stupid and the amount has been put on authorization hold. The amount has been on authorization hold since and haven't moved anywhere. Last week on Thursday I contacted the support live chat to see whats the hold up and they told they have no account with that email and member id. Okay... weird I gave them screenshot of the email showing everything they should ever need but they say that member id is associated with another email address and my email address is associated with another account. And I hope this doesn't mean that when that other account buys something I will be charged. I feared the worst so i cancelled the per-approved payments on PayPal. Told me there is a mix up and I have to wait for manager or something. that was on Thursday right So I wait for 24 to 48 hours which is what they told me this is going to take. ON Sunday I contact again and they tell me the same thing after I had to explain everything again cause they don't keep tabs on these events or something. So the told me to wait another 24 to 48 hours which i did and it is not Friday 5 days later and nothing so I contacted them again and the customer service live chat agent told me that my Member ID is associated with something else. He told me how I have subscriptions to porn websites I've never even heard of. So he told me he can cancel the account and he infact did cancel that account but then he told me how I will be charged like GBP 13.00 on 9/1/2019. I have to emphasize he said I WILL BE CHARGED on 9/01/2019 like it's 9/06/2016 how I am going to be charged in the past? So he told me to call them and speak to them but they only have US numbers and I was not able to contact them with my phone so I make an Skype account and get 30 days free trial so i can call them and at least that works. I explain everything on the phone and just like all the others he tells me there is nothing in their systems about my account. He tells me that I might have received wrong Member ID or something and that I have to wait for manager to get back to me to sort this out. So now I am back where I started last week waiting for manager that probably won't get back to me tomorrow just like he or she didn't all those times they said he or she would. Tomorrow I will be sending them email explaining everything again and hoping to get better results with getting to the manager.

So what I think happened here is that they sent me someone else's Member ID since the email is mine I just think there is a mix up and they sent me different Member ID or something. However how does this even happen? And why does it take this long to sort everything out?

Unethical company, terrible customer service.

This company won't even cancel a pending transaction. Customer service did nothing to help, directing me to a page of their no refunds policy. They didn't seem to understand that a cancelling a pending transaction and refunding a completed transaction are two different things. Buyer beware, this company will yoink the money out of your account ahead of time and you had better purchased with a credit card that has buyer protection.
