I have so far spent 3 weeks trying to get a credit refunded for an issue which Epoch have admitted was their error.

Customer services are manned by trained chimps with little or no comprehension of how to handle an ongoing issue.

Have to repeat EVERYTHING every time I contact them.

Promised emails not received. Escalations not processed.

Total crock.

I would give lower stars but the minimum is one

Its a fraud. Stay away from them as much as you can. Document your communication with them so you can get your money back directly from the bank.

Dreadful. Unauthorised use of Card. Nightmare company.

Be careful with this gateway. They'll cheat you, and they will say that they are only third party whatever. They work with fraudulent sleazebags who take your money without providing you the product you order.

Impossibel to cancel payments.

I've had two memberships in which the payment was processed through Epoch. Both times i was charged again after cancelling the payments. In the latter instance, i provided evidence that i received the cancellation email, and support tried to tell me it was a different membership because the last number was different, even though it only off by one number. Either way it was for the same account. They then decided to end the live chat that I started before
I could even respond. Terrible business practices, rude customer service.

As it turns out they are very reliable. This trust rating site had me worried for a second.

Should get 0 star. this company is a scam.

Avoid this company at all cost. They debited your account long after you have cancelled your subscriptions. Then if you raise charge backs they block you for all future subscriptions.

I was charged for additional services that I was never made aware of after subscribing to one a website through their services.
I chose a monthly membership priced at 10€ that I cancelled the following day. However, according to the very unhelpful customer support, I also subscribed to a one day trial for 1€ at a website that renewed for 38€ the day after. I was refused my refund, even though I was never informed about this additional payment when I subscribed.
Talking to support it became clear that they don’t care about their customers at all. My live chat was cut off before coming to any kind of conclusion, and whoever I was talking to did not make any attempts at fixing the situation.
Overall Epoch has a scummy business model and support that is rude and unhelpful. Stay clear!

Live chat was 200% better and more human.

Fraudulent activity.

Hidden extra subscriptions (within the small print)
Refused to refund.
Staff were okay to speak to but have no soul. Quite happy to take advantage of people.

Customer service was useless.

I paid for a subscription to a site. The site said my payment was declined but my bank said it wasn't and the payment also has been withdrawn. Called Epoch cause there name is on the bill. He couldn't tell me anything and refused to help me any further... Asked to talk to a superior said that they couldn't help me either and that he wouldn't put me through to them...

Bunch of crooks! Paid a legitimate amount then they tried to make further payments automatic!!! Cancelled that and try to get second payment refunded via PayPal. Epoch should be banned form Planet Earth bunch of nasty criminals.

Never heard of the company but had random charges from them, when confronted ‘contract’ cancelled but I was never told what the service was

They tried to get my full card details for no reason. They were extremely rude when I would not provide it.
They would not help with my original enquiry. Then hung up on me. Seems like criminals trying to scam people.

Scam. Avoid anything that uses this company for billing.

They charge me 2 times for the same mount, and the coustumer service is no help at all, scam scam scam

The customer service is useless. They are rude, not helpful and purely annoying. Their subscriptions often does not work. Avoid.
