No useful customer service at all
No useful customer service at all; the courier took more than 2 weeks to deliver the parcel cause the local shop closed for business. When I finally got the parcel, the shop dropped the price and they didn't offer any kind of compensation.
They didn't even offer to help with compensation from the courier....

Will not buy from here again
This is the second time something goes wrong with my order, so I won't repeat the same mistake. 1st time my order arrived way too late and now it's been cancelled one week after their confirmation.

Overall great experience!
Although a bit worried after reading several bad reviews, I personally am 100% satisfied. Easy purchase, original products (at least the ones I ordered which were Hunter, Converse and Dr. Martens) and - very important - excellent returns system. I would highly recommend.
