Donald was very knowledgeable and very courteous to my questioning. I greatly appreciate me getting him today as a customer service rep, talking to him I really felt like Entertainment Earth is more for the people than a big conglomerate company worrying about profits over the people that actually purchase their inventory.

I am fairly new to Entertainment Earth as a customer.
The orders received have been very well packaged and items arrived in mint condition!
On two occasions I called customer service for help with an order and can say I received “over the top” assistance. My issues were addressed and taken care of promptly and with no hassle.

Donald Tapia helped me immensely in an issue I had. I called and wanted to cancel an order but with my order already processing, it couldn't be cancelled, so I thought that's that but Donald went out of his way to pull some strings and helped me cancel the order and refund me all of my money back. Greatest customer support I have received and can't praise Donald enough. He's for the people!!!!

I primarily buy Funko Pops from Entertainment Earth, though I've gotten some other collectibles from them as well. If you're a collector like me you know that it's important for whatever it is you're collecting to be in Mint Condition.

Having said that, one of the biggest reasons I shop at Entertainment Earth is that they have a "Mint Condition Guarantee" and I have not seen that with any other store. Now, there have been a few instances where a Pop I ordered arrived damaged but I would just request a replacement and a new one would be sent out to me and I would ship back the Not Mint Pop after they email me a return label. It really is that simple.

I've also had a few instances where I had questions about an item or order so I reached out to customer service. For example, today I spoke to Donald because I had placed an order last night but forgot to add a few additional things I wanted (they were open in tabs on my phone, not my computer lol). Donald told me that because it was within a certain time window I could add them to my order no problem. I'm sorry that I don't remember the exact parameters of the time window, I just know that I was still in it. If you have a question about that I would suggest calling or using the live chat if you recently placed an order. If you haven't placed one yet and it isn't time-sensitive email is good (they always reply to emails.)

The whole conversation probably took about five minutes, which was great. And like all the other times I've called, I didn't have to wait on hold, I didn't have to deal with any stupid automated system, and whoever I spoke to knew their stuff and did what they could to help me.

Aside from their excellent customer service, I also want to mention that Entertainment Earth often has exclusives to their store that you can't find anywhere else. On top of that, they have the Low Price Guarantee so you don't have to worry that you're spending more than you want to (I have compared many things to other stores, and not once have I seen anything cheaper elsewhere.) Lastly, they give you 90 days to return or exchange something. That's a whole THREE MONTHS. Usually you only find that kind of thing if you've got a specific store's credit card.

All in all, I'm very happy with my shopping experiences and any interactions I've had with CS at Entertainment Earth and I couldn't recommend them enough.

I can’t think of any other way to describe Entertainment Earth other than Awesome! They have a wide range of products to choose from, cool exclusives, and to top it all off they have a mint guarantee. I’ve ordered from them more times than I can remember and every time has been a great experience. If I do ever have trouble with an order, customer support is always friendly and very helpful, which may seem small but it makes a difference when other companies don’t treat their customers the same way.
