Don was amazing in helping me restore a purchase that had been cancelled due to fraud on my credit card. After a long ordeal with my health and subsequent identity theft during my illness, Don was understanding and worked on restoring my purchase. Entertainment Earth has been great, I recieve my items in Mint condition and contacting them is very easy. I wish companies were as helpful and transparent as far as the process or ordering up to shipping like EE. I look forward to purchasing more items soon.

I live in one of the areas affected by the fires in Southern California, and UPS was trying to deliver an order. I tried calling UPS and asking them to reroute it, but they said they could not do that. I called Entertainment Earth's customer support and spoke to Donald. Donald resolved the issue in less than 10 minutes and took the time to make sure my family and I were okay. Donald is the definition of good customer service.

Very responsive. Asked about a preorder I had that came in that had some weird timing issues. This was resolved quickly over the chat. Donald was very helpful and timely. Other orders that I had went very smooth and were shipped very securely. EE has been my go to because of the good experiences I've had. Very grateful!

Donald was a great help. He knows his product and the system Entertainment Earth uses. this is the 3rd time I've talked with him and every time its been a pleasure.

EE mint condition guarantee is BS. They are scammers who send damaged and previously returned products and believe that you will not notice. Both times the shipping box did not present any damage due to the deplorable condition of the figures. They clean their hands and still don't cover the cost of return shipping. I had to shop with you again because you stole my money and made it into store credit to spend on your crap again. I hope they disappear from the market soon, there are better options to buy from. International buyers and those who rent mailboxes in the USA be very careful of these scammers since they are the ones to whom they send all the damaged garbage. By the way, all the praise for Donald Tapia's customer service, don't believe it, terrible attention and attitude, must be the same guy who writes the reviews. Donald is amazing at customer support! I had called in to reconcile some credit card charges, and he was very patient and took the time to break things down line by line with me so we could get on the same page. He even explained the process so that I would be able to reconcile the charges for all my other orders. I really appreciate all his help and look forward to placing many more orders at EE!

I still can't say enough good things about Entertainment Earth and especially Donald T., who has always taken care of me and my collectable figures. Ordered funko pop in march took till November for them to update that the funk pop was not shipped as it was discontinued

I’ve tried to order a couple Funko Pops from them a few times and it’s taken several months and I never got the pops. I had to cancel both orders because they kept changing the date the pops would be in stock. They didn’t try to fix the situation either.

I ordered four of an action figure from Entertainment Earth and received a mangled shipping box from them with four damaged figures inside. I sent them multiple pictures and they informed me that only one was damaged “in their opinion” and that a refund was denied because I ordered 4 figures hoping for at least 2 mint
boxes. Apparently they have a policy of no refunds when you order more than three of anything. BEWARE! They did graciously offer me a 5.00 credit for the “one damaged figure” though. The bottom line is that the shipping box was entirely too small to begin with and never should have left the warehouse packed so poorly. The employee that packed them set me up for failure and now Entertainment Earth refuses to acknowledge it or take responsibility for the bad packing job. I have been an EE customer for years but never again. They apparently pack things very cheaply now and refuse to do anything about it when you show them the proof. They took me for 100 bucks do not let them get you too. Mint condition guarantee… yeah right.
EDIT: They have had multiple chances to refund me for the damaged figures but have not. The reply below is an attempt to save face. They have a policy that anyone who purchases more than 3 of anything is just S.O.L. making this the only company that I have ever seen that punishes customers for spending MORE money with them. Any other company would not hesitate to take care of items damaged in shipping but Entertainment Earth does not. AVOID THIS CROOKED COMPANY!

This Company is the worst. They always say they have an item, But never do. They will cancel an order for no reason. They are not truthful about their stock.
