Products delivered on time, well packed and in good condition. Downside was the delivery cost.

The goods are all perfect. The order involved alcohol so needed someone over 18 to receive it (entirely appropriate) but it did mean we needed to change the delivery date we were allocated. This was very easily done and subsequently delivered exactly as requested.

I bought a replica of King Arthur by Gallos that is at Tintagel Castle in Cornwall. He is really lovely great quality without being too expensive. He was packed very well and delivered in good time I’m very happy with my experience of using the online shop

My membership number was not recognised in the online shop. This remains the case despite my calling English Heritage six weeks ago. I managed to get my membership discount following an exchange of emails but my membership number query remains unresolved.

I found guidebooks that I have somehow lost over the years. It was good to replace them

Went to Whitby for our holiday and visited the English heritage shop at Whitby Abbey. My wife found a few things that she would like and got but forgot to pick up one item so we contacted English heritage purchased that particular item over the phone and it was delivered in about seven days well packaged.
Excellent service and staff that took our call very helpful and polite.

Wanted to re order some raspberry curd to use in a wedding cake I am making for my daughter as previously used and it was lovely
The only issue I had was that I had to wait a while for it to come back in stock !
However I am looking forward to it tasting great !

The products are excellent, my only gripe is that my membership number wasn't accepted when making payment even though it is in date. Also you cannot speak to anyone when you contact customer service, you leave a message but no one returns my call.

Very disappointed with the delivery of the English heritage gift by DX Delivery that I arranged for a friend of mine. My friend was home and waiting for the delivery. However they did not ring the bell or knock on the door and he was disgusted to eventually find the package had been thrown behind a bin after much searching. At first he thought it had not been delivered at all and was very annoyed. This sort of service is not acceptable.
