Great, efficient service. Order came complete

I hate even giving one star, it should be no stars. Twice now I have placed an order to have it refunded almost immediately stating no stock and technical issues. Get your act together English Heritage as this is pathetic.

Bought some things when visiting a site, the shop had a fantastic selection, so came home and purchased some more things on line.

Goods are good quality and value. Well packaged and received within 48 hours.

Great Mead wine, great price, speedy delivery

I wanted to purchase several items for gifts and spent an hour sorting the items out I paid for them (all on line) but within the hour I was told English Heritage had not got most of the items so refunded my money very lucky to have received one star.

Easy to buy the product, arrived on time in good condition etc etc. Nothing negative to report.

Excellent customer service, I highly recommend English Heritage online shop. The website was easy to use, with plenty of choice and ordering was easy, checkout was simple and quick to use. The items I ordered arrived very quickly and were well packaged so arrived safely. First class service A* perfect.

Somehow my address was corrupted in the EH systems. This required a lot of effort to rectify.

I completed an order but did not make a purchase! It seems the listings on the EH website were inaccurate so the order did not proceed and I was refunded. Apparently there were known technical issues so payment should not be taken until items are identified and ready for dispatch. As I will not be able to trust the accuracy of the listings in future I think it is very unlikely that I will be making any more purchases. I have better ways of spending my time.

Beautiful products at fair cost; delivered with care and in a timely fashion. It's not the first time I've purchased from the English Heritage Shop and it won't be the last.

I love English Heritage items. I have bought a guide book, jams, board games, mead, and Heritage wines from them and have no complaints. All have been excellent value and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I bought a T-shirt on line , after a couple of days I was emailed to say they don’t have it in stock and will refund me , they also gave me 20% off something else, but how do u know if they have it , as it still says they have the t shirt!please keep website updated !!!!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. My experience with their order fulfilment has been disappointing, and it has not been an isolated incident.

I placed my most recent order on 23 June as a birthday gift for myself. Although the advertised delivery time suggested it should arrive in time, I had no way of tracking my order and was left wondering whether it would arrive at all. Before I even received my delivery, I was asked to leave a review. When I contacted customer service to ask about my order, I was told that it had been placed late in the evening. In my opinion, this did not explain the lack of communication or provide any reassurance about the delivery.

This was not my first problem with this company. On a previous occasion, my order was delayed, and another time one of the bottles was missing from the delivery, requiring further contact and additional waiting before the missing item was sent.

Based on my own experience, the order fulfilment process seems poorly organised. My advice to anyone ordering wine for a special occasion is to place the order well in advance and keep a close eye on its progress. If everything goes smoothly, that's great—but I would not rely on the advertised delivery times alone.

The selection of wines is excellent, but unfortunately the customer service and delivery experience have let the company down.

The book requested arrived a week later, the gift message was missing.

Clear items with prices, order easy to complete, Delivery & tracking through EVARI (seems to be monitored by English Heritage) let you know they are expecting parcel, then when they have it, they expect to deliver within 48 hours & again when its out for delivery with expected time slot. My order & delivery worked smoothly.
It is a shame that the guide book, which had all the info I required, wasn't available at the property I visited.
