I think a water station is needed and also an update to the changing rooms. Really love the actual gym though the equipment is great and is never too busy. Very friendly staff

I used to really enjoy this gym, but my experience changed over the past couple of months. The music volume has been consistently very loud during certain sessions, and despite mentioning it a few times, it never improved. It eventually became uncomfortable for me to work out.

Today, after a comment from the owner regarding my feedback about the volume, I realized I no longer felt comfortable or respected as a member, so I decided to leave. In our final conversation, he told me I was being rude, even though from my perspective he is the one who hasn’t really listened to member concerns.

In addition to the noise issue, I’ve noticed the toilets haven’t been as clean lately, and the shower water has been extremely hot with no temperature adjustment.

Because of these experiences over the last few months, I can’t recommend the gym at this time.

Love working out, it’s extremely beneficial to me. And I appreciate the fact that that this fabulous gym helps me achieve my fitness goals and helps me become a more wholesome, healthier and confident person. 💪
I was dared by a colleague at work to work out in the morning (since due to work commitments I’ve been skipping gym in the past 2 weeks), and since I’m not one to back down from a challenge, I woke up early and I went for it. 6.40am strength class with Cian 🏋🏻 🙌! Was totally worth it!
Kudos to Cian, he’s so knowledgeable, fun, friendly and pleasant, but also engaging and challenging. 🥇 He always comes up with new exercises, so his classes at never boring.

Great gym. I spent a year working out here. It has all the equipment you will need for your workouts. Always clean and tidy and all the staff are friendly. They offer good deals on membership on black friday and different times of the year.

It's a great Gym, It's a sanctuary to alot people that go there. New equipment added is great. The majority of the staff are great and professional. It loses one star for some can be far to cheeky, unhelpfully, rude and actually sometimes deters you from the gym. If it didn't have the facilities that it had. I strongly think people would leave.

I can't say enough good things about this gym! The facilities are top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help and offer guidance. The variety of classes available caters to all fitness levels, and the trainers are motivating and supportive. I've seen significant improvements in my fitness since joining. The atmosphere is positive and encouraging, making every workout session enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to get fit!

It's a Great Gym; equipment is new, well maintained. Staff are friendly and super helpful if you're stuck with any of the machines, which as a new Gym going for me was all of them. One the team showed me around couldn't be better

Great and supperb staff

It is a great gym. Equipment are very modern, it is not a crowded place, good for shy people like me. They have a massive timetable for classes and classes are very good.

Friendly and helpful staff. Positive and focused atmosphere. Clean, tidy and bright gym. Love that there are windows open for fresh air. Good showers, changing rooms and facilities. Good opening hours.

bathroom is disgusting, and the cleaning is not that good and the professionals never help, in fact you don't see the professionals walking around the gym asking if someone needs help or not

I’ve previously found other gyms quite intimidating but this one has a really lovely atmosphere. It’s very well laid out making it easy to use everything without feeling intimidated to go into a certain section or area.

The gym is good, staff kind in general, but it is important to manteint all space very very clean, bathrooms, machines, please provide us better tools (towels, paper,disinfectant etc) to clean the machines.

Its a perfectly fine gym, I find some of the girls there tend to side eye me a lot. Hoping that fades as I lose weight like I'm sorry my fat ass is sweaty after being on the bike for two minutes Jessica but that's kind of why I'm here...

I met fitness instructors who were friendly, kind and so welcoming. It was my first time in the gym and they advised me to book an induction. Aonghus took me through the machines that l know l will use, he was so nice. I felt welcomed and they have a variety of machines to use regardless of your fitness level as well as fitness classes. I never thought l would love going to gym as much as l do, and l would recommend anyone willing to have a gym membership or day pass not to hesitate to call Energie Gym
