Great gym, staff pleasant except in closing time, they try to close up shop at 10 to 5, not 5pm, cutting off peoples workouts early

What makes this gym so special is the instructors, they are wonderful, kind and supportive, just super awesome people! The classes are always nice and small, no more than 8 people, and they don't get fully booked immediately (like some other gyms nearby, mentioning no names!). There are loads of different classes available all day, every day. The room the classes are held in is spacious and clean, and I'll sometimes get lucky and it'll just be me in a class, getting private sessions, which, for just 40 euros a month, is incredible! I've been a member for a year now and it's been such a great investment. I can't recommend this gym highly enough! :)

Best gym in the Area

I have been working out there for almost a year. It is a great gym, staff members are experts on different physical disciplines, always eager to help or improve your technique. Recently they add new equipment to made life of callisthenics fans a dream, so I can not be more happy about it. Full support for them. Definitely deserved.

I’ve been an Energie (D8) member for four years, but the gym’s atmosphere has declined badly due to staff and member behavior. Personal trainers regularly show no respect for other gym-goers—one even pushed into my squat rack mid-set despite me saying I had five sets left. Reception staff ignored my complaint.

More recently, a member blasted loud music from a speaker. When I politely asked him to turn it down, he later turned it back up and followed me to reception to shout at me for “always complaining.” Again, staff did nothing.

This level of rudeness, bullying, and lack of control is unacceptable. I expect management to take action to make the gym respectful and professional again.

I was in the gym today and it seemed like 3 of the staff were hogging the machines and doing more talking than using them which is unfair to paying customers. I went over to use the shoulder press machine and one of the staff members (it seems) was standing beside it and on his phone and I asked if it was free and he said no. I came back a few minutes later and he was still standing beside it and I said can I use it and he said it was being used so then he called out one of the staff who then came over and used it. I said to him to let me know when it was free. Once they wee finished it, I wasn’t advised. I’ve been a customer of this gym for a few years and I’ve never experienced this in any gym from staff members. I would and I am sure other customers that staff are more professional and allow customers to use the machines freely. Surely staff members should be working out outside their working hours if for personal use.

It left me with a bad experience.

The direct debit payment are a scam. Even if you take a no contract membership, they require one month additional payment plus cancellation fee around 60 euro if you quit the gym and keep getting emails about pending payment. This is not mentioned in their contracts.

The working out area is amazing (equipment, weights)the staff members are friendly professionals and extremely helpful. But I have a big issue with male showers - they have mold on the edges, they are not clean, the three shower that are there are anything but white and clean and there are no hair dryers which is beyond inconvenient. So it is a real bummer that a gym of this class has such subpar changing rooms.

Loved the gym till right before the change of management.
Things seems messy at the moment with classes being cancelled and nobody saying anything.
Mostly all staff are super friendly (Marcella, Ariel, Phillip, Camila… ). They really care for you.
The environment since this new guy took management has changed. His classes are not great at all and the way he treats other staff and clients….

Great gym with friendly staff, the management is amazing always ready the help whenever the clients need, the manager Phillipi is always very kind and Camila’s classes are great. What a team and amazing gym.

It's not a big gym but have all equipment that we need.
Staffs are very helpful and kind to help and the group classes are amazing!! I really enjoy my training here 🥰

To be honest I'm going to this gym for 8 months now, it has been a great journey and transformation the Coach Philip, Lucas, Leo and Camila are very professional and humble at their work. I can suggest this gym for better guidance and help. And the best this is they will never recommend you to take steroids that's the best part. Just keep it real and natural.

The staff at energie fitness are friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive, making it a comfortable environment for people of all fitness levels. Fellow gym-goers are respectful, and there’s a strong sense of community.

Have been a member for a month now and I absolutely love this gym! The trainers are so friendly and personable. They go out of their way to learn your name and it's a really nice touch. I'm so glad to be part of the énergie crew.

Friendly gym and comfortable surroundings. Has everything I need and isn’t as intimidating as other gyms can be. All staff/trainers are super nice and will answer any questions you might have!

The main problem for me is the lockers in the locker room, either with padlocks or lock, everyone is able to open your locker. It’s not safe.
