The gym is easy to navigate as a new gym goer and the guys on the desk are helpful if ur not sure of anything. Only issue I’ve had is there are a couple of treadmills where the incline doesn’t work and some machines where the pin for the weight is missing, taken out to use on another machine. It would be great to have this sorted. Apart from that it’s a perfect gym for me

I go to Energy Fitness in Clare Hall and I can honestly say I’m extremely happy with my choice! The location is very clean, well organized, and fully equipped with modern machines suitable for both beginners and more advanced members.
The atmosphere is always positive and motivating, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Whenever I needed help or information, they were welcoming and respectful. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their members and want to provide the best possible experience.
I highly recommend Energy Fitness Clare Hall to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and well-managed gym. For me, it’s the perfect place to train! 💪

I think people should be warned that they charge double when signing up and if you want to cancel your membership, they charge an extra month. But that's not the end of the story, I cancelled in November and they are still sitting on my account and taking my money, which is actually a scam. Unfortunately, I sent several emails, to which I received no response. I will call my bank tomorrow, stop the usurpation of my bank account. Greed is a nasty thing because I believe I am not the only one

Had a membership for a month. Manager said they'd cancel it and WOULDNT chatge the account. I was visiting the country for the month, and only needed one anyway. Imagine my horror when I'm abroad a month later and my account gets charged. I contact them and they say I should've canceled it and they never offered such a thing in the first place, refusing to refund and telling me to just use the membership. A scam and not really worth it.

Best gym in the area- always clean. Big range of equipment. Variety of classes and all staff is so nice.

I find energy fitness a great gym. There is a good range of equipment which is also well-maintained. The staff here are so friendly and always ready to offer a helping hand,they also offer a great variety of classes, I find the atmosphere here is very motivating, supportive. I would Highly recommend coming here,

I'm getting back to the shape for last 5 weeks after nearly 8 years without any workout. Its great place for locals, very quiet between 10am to 2pm.

The gym workout areas are small but fine. Worst of all, there is only 1 female & 1 male toilet cubicle beside each other. There are 2 working showers which are of zero use because there are NO CHANGING FACILITIES/nowhere to get dressed. Lockers are on top of each other in a tight small hall so your constantly in peoples way. There is no area outside to lock bikes. As a result, people are locking their bike to poles at the entrance which then block the way when walking in & driving past!

Could have added more plates for squat racks and bench press.

The Gyn are so small and the equipment is very competitive, its so hard to found some free equipment all the people need to be get a CUE and waiting…
Ex: Bike only have two and never are free…The ventilation is terrible the gym smelling a lot the busy times….
