Very good gym the staff are also kind and helpful but it can be quite busy at most times but all the people are nice to you so its a very good place with lots of machines and space to workout

Good gym , friendly . Multi ages which for someone over 60 is refreshing

As a total newbie to the gym world. i have had nothing but a warm welcome,encouragement and support from the gym staff.
the facilities and amenities are excellent,and my relationship with one of the onsite trainers has been invaluable.
thanks for giving me such a great first step on my new journey.

Recently moved into the area and found this excellent gym. Warm friendly staff and customers. Wide range of facilities and classes. Looking forward to working out.

Gotta say what a compact place and brilliant gym. Used the local competition, have to say heads and shoulders above. First then staff, honest, open, no hard selling and they are dedicated to keeping the place in order. Weights replaced regular, place is spotless no matter what time you are there. Other gym users respect you and others. Put things back polite. The other gaff round the corner may have more options, may be larger. But the options are offset by staff not giving one iota of a, **** more variety but half out of commission, then don't get me started on posers and people. You are the company you keep. I love the place, it's all you need and they constantly evolve and get better. So if working out is what you are looking for, not dodging mobile chicanes or wanna be influencers, or broken equipment or basically a treasure hunt to find the barbell you need join these guys.

Bognor Regis E.F.-This is just a constructive criticism guys,new members of stuff should inform new members to put away weights after using them,also is not a great picture to see stuff kissing their partners on the floor,time and place I guess,place start to smell on food more often now and looks like it's restaurant with bad music,staff should be upstairs more often to check those things not just in area where is laptop,also changing room start to be more messy and inside of lockers,apart of, I think it's her name Rosanne she is the only one we can see to clean around and hold that place together,again it's constructive criticism nothing else,wouldn't like to change the gym equipment is good,owners as well just those small things

Pleasant and sociable staff, a lot of technological equipment in the gym, a pleasant smell in the locker room, happy and friendly participants.

Nowhere near enough equipment for the number of clients. Poor communication. I’ve given up after persevering for 5 months.

I am down visiting family in the area and I was looking for a place to train whilst here. I found Energie Fitness online and rang to see if I could get a day pass and use the facilities. James answered the phone and was really friendly and helpful, he advised me to go during the manned hours and someone would get me sorted. I went along and met Mia who was so welcoming she made me feel like I had trained there for years. She got me set up really quickly and i was given an induction and tour of the gym which explained everything i needed to know. The facilities were great. Big car park. Equipment was really good and well maintained. Other gym goers were really respectful of each other and fantastic gym etiquette (putting plates away etc) which is always a the sign of a great gym with a great culture. Whether you are visiting like me or live in the area, you should definitely give Energie Fitness a go.

Great place to workout. Decent sized car park so no issues of leaving your car in an unsecured area as well as great facilities. Would recommend.

Louds of equipment

Returning back to energy fitness has been very refreshing. The gym is still very clean , equipment is still like new , new equipment is outstanding and the atmosphere of clients and work colleagues is very welcoming & friendly.
It’s nice to be back.

Gym equipment is great friendly staff.
There was a problem with setting up bank details had me as someone else so had problems accessing the gym. The changing rooms are so cold and the showers are useless and some times the water stops all together

I love it the staff are very helpful and friendly you can go in any time you want all the equipment you need to get fit is there and there is no waiting around just go and do what you need and stay fit
