Elevation have been managing our rental property for the past 8 years. We have always had a quick response from them when dealing with any queries. We have let them fully manage the property for us and they keep us well informed of any issues or developments. A special mention to Jane Sharp. You want to deal with the same person and know they are going to look after our interests, as well as making sure our tenants are happy. Jane is an excellent communicator and provides a first class service to us.

Terrible Company Watch What They Rush you To Sign as incorrect and read small print. want a good estate agents then go elsewhere as these people have no intelligence whatsoever. If you are a Landlord go to a reputable estate agents not these cowboys. if you rent from these people take good photos as they will rip you off.

Elevation is my go to Estate Agent me I have to thank Grant Ward for that! I have purchased, sold and rented with Elevation and Grant always goes above and beyond to assist. The team are all very friendly, communication is on top form and always providing updates throughout. I would highly recommend.

Grant went above and beyond for me. Not only did he find me my property (out of working hours) he arranged all the appointments and ensured I was updated throughout my whole process. It has been a very long 10 months of waiting for my new build, however Grant has made it effortlessly smooth. He has offered advice, support and an ear when I have needed to rant! Couldn't recommended Grant enough! If you are in the area and are looking to sell, buy or even have a property related question he will ensure you are looked after!

Absolute donuts with no sense of accountability. Over a month moving in and still waiting upon repairs, chasing money not yet due as a result of their poor cleaning and standard of fixtures and fittings and a move on dates

Let’s face it, house hunting is one of life’s soulless activities.. made even more soulless with unprofessional estate agents which these are in my experience. Booked a viewing (back in January), confirmed by them for the time and date agreed. I drove me and my 74 year old mother an hour and a half to view the property. When I got there the Rightmove listing showed STC. I phoned the estate agent who said they had rung me and emailed me, which they did neither of.. or they had taken the details down wrong - I certainly heard nothing from them. Whilst the woman was apologetic it’s just another example of what an unregulated unprofessional profession this is - the estate agents just couldn’t care less - your inconvenience is certainly not there’s! Full disclosure I have waited til I’ve a new home to write these reviews, but still wrankles that these folk are so bad at their jobs and lack common decency, so hopefully it will help others at least affirm their viewings on the day, as these guys certainly won’t bother.

Cannot thank Grant and Georgie enough for all of the help and support they provided when partner and I purchased our first property together. They were organised and efficient with dealing with our requests, and always kept us informed.

Since moving into our rented property December 2020, we have had countless issues with this company.
Not only did we report maintenance issues on the first night, (these were ignored) we were constantly ignored over the whole duration of our tenancy, lied to and made out to be naive.

Maintenance issues were not taken seriously and we constantly had to follow up with emails and numerous phone calls to get anything sorted. We had severe sewage issues that took several days to even get someone to come and look at. Damp issues on all the ceilings which was raised in the first month of the tenancy. (This was one of the many reasons why we ended the tenancy early).

Certain members of staff were incredibly rude and would ignore emails. When my housemate rang to complain, we were told multiple times that a specific person wasn't available to take a call. (I had to email again to ask for receipt of a previous email). The response we both got was ' sorry we didn't get your previous email or we can't see that email from you.'

We moved out early for many reasons and due to the shocking state the property was in. The agents were utterly useless. The landlord was trying to charge us an extortionate amount of money to 'redecorate' the whole house for her to sell. We asked the agents for evidence of this 're-decoration' and emails were ignored by the agents for days and eventually after several follow up emails, we were sent two fuzzy photos as 'evidence'.
Both me and my housemate disputed this claim and it was taken to the TDPS dispute scheme where we were rightfully awarded ALL our money back!

Furthermore, the agents and the landlord broke GDPR laws and opened our confidential mail (bills and a court letter for a previous tenant) they opened them without our consent and then scanned them via email to us. The agents even opened and sent us someone else's court letter with personal information on it. (We reported this to the ICO) We just moved out from the property and we had already provided forwarding addresses for them to contact us via.

I would not recommend this company and I would stay clear at all costs.

Me and my partner were looking to sell our apartment. Went with other estate agents but just felt like another number. Nobody called for any updates. Even when there was a booking for a viewing we had to chase for the updates.
Decided to try elevation as we had previously viewed some apartments by them so thought we would give them a try. Best decision we made. A very pleasant man called Jason looked after us until the exchange of contracts. Even when there was not a lot happening or we were waiting for the solicitors to fulfill requests, Jason always made sure to contact either me or my partner to keep us in the loop and always remained accessible if we had any questions. I have given elevation as a company 5* and 4 of those stars belong to Jason. Truly outstanding. Peter Conteh

We worked with elevation to help us move from London to Bedfordshire. The process was incredibly smooth and the service was excellent.

We didn't find them to be pushy or aggressive like other agents.

From first contact they were working towards finding our dream home within our chosen budget and 3 months later we are finally there.
