I was a bit dubious of buying windows keys online like this, thinking it would possibly be a scam, but very happy with the outcome, they were an excellent price, easy to pay for, came through within a few minutes, and worked perfectly, I ended up buying 2, would definitely use this company again!

I bought a one-year subscription to Perplexity Pro. I received the code, but it didn't work. I opened a support ticket, which was likely answered by an AI; it promised to replace the code but never followed up on the ticket. They don't seem trustworthy. This is the first time I've bought from them, and it will probably be the last.

They ask for ID verification to access purchased keys, I'm not putting my ID on a grey market key site. Just password verify, its weird and invasive.

After purchasing the software. I downloaded the file installed and activated it with the key. I will keep you in mind on all future software purchases. You made the job very easy. Thanks.

I opened a ticket on July 13th. All you did was bounce me from one operator to another, more lazy than the next. The case is still open with no response. You sold me fake keys. You're scammers.

RUN AWAY! It's weird that there were no payment processor popups with respective links in the URL, payment details window was embedded in the electronicfirst website - I'm just thinking they're extracting debit/credit card details for some sord of carding.

In addition to this suspicion - they also ask for a photo of passport/ID for "your own security" reasons. They are asking these photos AFTER the purchase was made and if you don't want to provide this you have to go through their hellish support to get a refund. I'm thinking this could be used in carding to steal larger amounts of money. What's funny - that they never mentioned that this would be required BEFORE paying for the product. Support is reachable only through their website(you have to be registered).

IN CASE YOU CHOOSE TO DEAL ANYWAY - make sure you are using burner emails, postal codes, instead of last name use only initial letter. Use revolut to create burner card to use on their site.

I purchased a GTA V key from ElectronicFirst, but the key was already used. Your support team asked me to contact Rockstar Support, which I did. Rockstar confirmed that the key had already been redeemed on another Rockstar account.

Now you are asking me for the exact date and time it was redeemed. How am I supposed to obtain that information when the key was redeemed on someone else's account? Rockstar has already confirmed the key was used.

I purchased a used key from ElectronicFirst. I have provided official confirmation, so please stop delaying this and issue my refund.

Could not get the file to download after 4 hours of work on it. Found the Key Code but No file to download. I guess I was just ripped off!

Had a problem and the online help worked fine very fast with no waiting, every confidence problem will be sorted.
When a problem occurs better companies get it sorted and you are not ignored.
