Experience was great, shipping and delivery was fast

i purchased a mixer and it was faulty i spoke with the company and asked if i could upgrade so i paid the upgrade £80 and they were happy to do so. i was told that the new item would be arriving the next day via UPS. a time slot was given (by UPS) of 9.30am to 11 30am it is now 1900 hrs and i have received a message that it will hopefully be deliver tomorrow but no time slot having wasted a full day.

i spoke to the customer service (Electromarket) who was very unhelpful and just said that he could not do anything about,it. no offer of trying to contact UPS via phone just sorry i cant do anything.
while i understand that they are using a courier service they pick the company to act as an agent for them, really poor customer service and i wont be using them again i will be going back to my usual supplier Gear4Music ltd who have never failed me in resolving any issue.

Ordered no problems, kept up to date on order, fast delivery !!

I purchased a Audizio RC32 Vinyl record storage case for a birthday present. I was very pleased with it, it was a good quality product and excellent value for money.

My product purchase had a fault and they quickly collected and replaced with new good product. This is good customer service.

Purchased a 15” LED PA system.
The wireless mic was faulty so when I explained to customer service that I bought it for a weekend away with friends and time was short they organised collection of the faulty unit & delivery of the new unit the next day.
I’d also expressed my concerns about Yodel being able to keep to the delivery timeframes so they very kindly used DPD.
What can I say, all sorted.
You can judge a good company on its goods but also on how it responds when things go wrong.
There is still customer service out there 👏🏻

I’m extremely disappointed with the misinformation I was given on the phone by ElectroMarket yesterday (Friday). I wanted to buy an item to use for today (Saturday), and I didn’t want to risk ordering it for next day delivery and it doesn’t get to me so I called to ask about collection options. I was informed that their warehouse is open till 8pm on weekdays and limited hours on Saturdays, closing at 4pm. I live over an hour’s drive away so I thought rather than risk getting stuck in traffic during busy hours on a weekday, I’ll rather just go today (Saturday morning) when the roads are clear. I tried have ring up ElectroMarket only to find that they are shut today and their warehouse is not open either. Very disappointed. I really needed my item for an event today.

Great service and very pleased with the products. Will buy from EM again. Only hitch was learning my way around the despatch process via Yodell. Ordered five items and each had its own Yodell delivery code (I had opted for quickest delivery) but they were split between separate Yodel deliveries several hours apart. But no visibility of this so was worrying initially that order had been short-shipped requiring a call to both Yodel and EM help lines.
We have to look out for them (Yodel) as we have found they frequently skip deliveries and take back to depot if they can’t locate the delivery address quickly enough (30 seconds!). This is a particular problem for larger items that have to be delivered in person to the consignee which these were. Fortunately all were delivered in the end.
Learning point: Customer to be emailed the Carrier delivery codes for every item to facilitate easier tracking with the Carrier

Excellent delivery and product pricing. The goods arrived next day and well packed. The radio looks good value for money and easy to set up and operate.
