Boiler repairs done quickly
I have had a boiler for a number of years. Earlier this year it needed a repair and could not anyone who was able to do this satisfactorily so I contacted the company direct and they came out immediately and got the boiler working again. That was a great service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had a frustrating experience, and I’d like to clarify a couple of points for accuracy.
Electric showers and electric boilers work in completely different ways. Electric showers heat a small amount of water at the point of exit with a very low flow rate, which keeps running costs low. An electric boiler heats water for the whole home and naturally uses more kW when there is full demand, as it heats the water travelling through the pipework. Comparing the two won't give a fair picture of how the boiler is designed to perform.
You booked a callout shortly after leaving this review, and our engineer attended. The boiler faults found were not due to a manufacturing issue or “not being used,” but to installation and maintenance conditions: incorrect MCB, no CH filter, and an over-pressurised boiler. These are all factors that will affect any boiler, electric or gas, over time.
All necessary parts were replaced during the visit, settings were corrected, and the boiler was restored to normal working order.

Would highly recommend Jaz
Jaz was friendly and professional! My boiler had a leak as it was several years old. Within 10 minutes, Jaz identified and was replacing the part. He also fixed the water pressure and taught me how to use all the boiler settings. He checked the overall quality of the boiler and gave it a general service. Great person to have on the team :)

The support team were super helpful
The support team were super helpful. So much better then the company who originally fitted my boiler and basically didn't want to bother helping me to sort the issue. Using WhatsApp photos/ videos and clear descriptions I was able to locate the fault and the purchase the correct part. It was really easy and I felt supported all the way through the process.

Amazing helpful service!
Amazing service using the WhatsApp support chat this morning. The boiler wasn’t giving me any hot water and the team answered the chat straight away with troubleshooting videos that fixed the problem immediately. Hot water restored and without needing a site visit. Highly recommend ECB company!
