If you want a reliable product with good aftercare, do not choose Thermosphere. After contacting Thermosphere with the relevant information they supplied a list of materials that were required to ensure adequate heat in the room. The top of the line ‘Thermosphere Ultimate’ was the chosen product. The product was installed following the instructions to the letter. The product performed poorly from first use so the technical support team were contacted. I then spent months going round in circles carrying out various tests that all proved the issue was the product hadn’t been designed correctly by Thermosphere. However, they refused to admit this blaming installation among other things. I asked to speak to the head of the technical department (Sam) who might as well not exist as he doesn’t seem to have a clue about customer service, always has something better to do and rather than trying to help would tells you how you have to fit around his schedule. I would not and will not be buying this product again and have now been forced to install additonal heating in the room. In short DO NOT buy Thermosphere UFH.
Alaska was very good. Helpful, understanding and patient. And when there was a technical matter which required checking, she asked a colleague.

Response to email query was very good but did not resolve our problem with their product. In the property we have bought the bedroom has two thermostats that can’t be blacked out at night so it is like having two night lights in the same room. They should have an easy to set blackout mode

After leaving a negative review, Sam responded to my email and worked with me to answer my questions about the issues following installation by TopBuildUK and Beams, notably the hot spots, overheating, and 15 degree temperature variation.

Thank you for your response.
Regarding the form submission, whether or not it was received through your system is somewhat beside the point from my perspective. When I did not receive a reply, I followed up with a phone call and multiple emails. If the form submission did not reach you, that suggests there may be an issue with the form itself, which unfortunately is not something I would have visibility over as a customer.
You mentioned a tech support ticket being sent via one of your resellers. I’m not aware of any reseller raising a ticket on my behalf, so it’s possible you may have confused me with someone else.
In terms of the issue being dealt with within 24 hours of your involvement, I have not received any communication from Thermosphere to indicate this. When I called on 23 February, Alaska kindly took my number and said someone would call me back, but I never received a call. I also did not receive responses to my emails sent on 13 February, 22 February, 25 February, 26 February, and 2 March.
From my perspective, nothing had been acknowledged or resolved, which is why I ultimately left a review. In fact, the Trustpilot review is the first time I have received a response from Thermosphere.
As requested, I will email support@ and forward the original messages I sent to hello@, sales@, and enquiries@ so you can see the correspondence that went unanswered.

I have Thermosphere Under Floor Heating which is not functioning as it should, so I reached out to Thermosphere for further information.
I used the contact form to message, and when I didn't hear back, emailed on the 13 February, and again on 22 February. When I still had no response, I called on the 23 February and spoke to Alaska who took my number so someone would call me back. I did not receive a phone call, and followed up by email on the 25 February, 26 February and 2 March.
The customer service is awful and I do not recommend the product.

I had a problem with my ThermoSphere control panel , where I had issues regarding the time schedules that I personally required to suit my preferences.
I found that when I got in touch by a phone call to them a very helpful person that was part of the Family business to be most helpful and supportive.
I had the installation of the underfloor electrical heating wired in back in 2021 , but never actually started to use it to my advantage.
After a few days I decided after watching a You Tube video on how to proceed to program a weekly turn on / off of the heated flooring fitted under the tiles ,I then decided to call ThermoSphere at the head office for help and advise on the issue prevailing of how to perform a set up on the application .
I am very impressed with the help and knowledge given to me by them , and can only thank them for their great after sales service which is second to none .

We had the new T-Mo Smart thermostat fitted when we had our kitchen done along with new underfloor heating. Initially the underfloor heating and thermostat were working well but we couldn't get information on usage, I contacted ThermoSphere and dealt with Jodie who was just brilliant.
With your permission they can get access to your Thermosphere app and make sure you have all the setting correct and see what the potential issues are, which is a great feature as it’s a bit complicated going into the advanced settings. Everything seemed to be set up right, but she kindly arranged for a new thermostat to be sent out just to be sure.
We had it replaced but still had the same issue, I was then put on to Sam who was amazing, he was very keen to get to the bottom of the problem so actually came over to see us and try and fix it, which turned out to be quite a simple solution in the end by adding certain information on our system to the app, he was great and explained how it all worked in more depth so it’s all working now!
Our experience with ThermoSphere has been very impressive, their customer service is fantastic and so amazing to deal with a company that care so much about their product, I would highly recommend them, thank you guys!

We've had Thermosphere underfloor heating before and were very pleased with it, so when we moved house we decided to have the same system again. Last time we installed the whole system ourselves which was surprisingly easy, but we're not good with technology and needed help setting up the WiFi controllers. This time the system was installed for us but we had put off linking the thermostats to our WiFi. Today we remembered how helpful the Thermosphere technical people were last time and decided to tackle it. We spoke to the wonderfully patient Jodie who talked us through linking each of our thermostats. She gave us really clear instructions and, in spite of our incompetence, got us up and running on our phones so it's now super easy to control our heating wherever we are. We are more than pleased with Thermosphere and would definitely recommend it, and would particularly like to thank Jodie for her calm, friendly and knowledgeable help.
