Absolute hopeless website. Errors constantly advising to use correct card type.
Then no matter what option and payment is processed the payment fails despite the correct details used. Absolute shame of a system designed to get the most penalties out of people.
Hate spending the 9 minutes minimum from all the automatic lines that are used when you call in on the phone line.
Fix your ... self ... and sort the website instead of making life hard for everyone. Cowboys!

I’ve received a STR for toll charge on M50. I haven’t been in Dublin plus the car was traded in to a BMW dealer 3 weeks before the date I was allegedly on the M50. The letter said to go to their website and navigate to “Contact EPC”. This option is not on their website. How am I supposed to contest this when I can’t contact them?

I transfered my private registration number to my new vechile and used my toll tag as usual. Then received penalty notice and added fees as I had not changed my vechile details online. Tried contacting eflow to explain but after several phone call to them and hours wasted. I decided it wasnt worth wasting anymore time and just pay twice with added fees (eflows preferred resolution to all queries) €€€€

Eflow, not fit for purpose, a disgrace, the sooner the toll is scrapped the better. Are you listening politicians?

The M50 has been paid, but I keep receiving letters that it wasn't, with hugely increased amount. Even after sending receipts to them. Unbelievable service, they want to just rip you off.

I was so lucky to get in touch with the same agent Niamh twice! She first helped me with ordering a new tag holder as I was unable to get through tolls outside of the m50. This week then as I am still having issues she was able to order me a new tag! So lovely and friendly and above all helpful :)

Had an issue where I forgot to update my address and transfer tag details to my 2nd car and had accumulated penalties in the process. Spoke to Eddie/Eddy and he was honestly a star, couldn't have asked for better customer service, he over delivered and I left the call extremely happy as he was able to fix the issues. Give that man a raise.

Toll paid. Now letters saying it wasn't. Proof of payment sent. More letters saying not. Phone number outside ROI not connecting.
Extremely poor service.

I visit the Republic from the UK to visit relatives and sometimes take my car. To avoid any penalties, I decided to register with Eflow having (naively) believed their comments regarding the benefits of registration. So, I had one journey only (there was nothing else on their system)which I paid less than 2 hours after it was made. A month later I receive a penalty notice for that journey which Eflow maintain wasn’t paid on time. I appealed and a month later have not received a reply. Indeed, if you contact them again, that’s treated as a new query and you go back to the end of the queue. What a clever way of ensuring Eflow never have to answer anything! It also ensures that their cash flow is assisted by holding onto your money for as long as possible.
Interesting response. All the protocols regarding complaining have been followed by me. It looks like they don’t resolve complaints period, let alone through Trustpilot.

I had the best customer experience when I called eFlow this morning and was looked after by Roisin. It was 9am on a Monday and Roisin was so very helpful, professional and efficient. It felt like a Friday call as Roisin also very engaging and a great ambassador for eFlow. I hope this positive feedback is relayed back to Roisin. Excellent example of great communication, customer service and imparting a very positive image for eFlow by Roisin.

Dealing with call centres is a horrible experience generally but when I had to call eflow tonight the experience could not have been better. My elederly mother had made a problem with her bill after getting scammed before Christmas and we called in to get it sorted. I was greeted by Padraig who could not have been more friendly and helpful from the very start. He managed to get everything sorted, answered every question we had (and there were quite a few) immediately. It is so refreshing to speak to someone who knows what they are talking about and confident. He recommend we get a box to reduce our costs for our numerous travels to save my mum some money. The personal touch at the end and the empthay he showed really meant so much to us. Please can you pass on my thanks, and those of my mother, to him he was such a lovely person to deal with. Thank you.

I have just been on the phone with Eflow regarding a toll fine notice. I am an elderly lady with poor hearing and the person who dealt with me was Cian. His patience and helpfulness were way byond the norm. He spent the time necessary to solve my problem in a kind and thoughtful way. Flow are very lucky to be represented by Cian and I hope they value him as an employee. I do not know Cian at all but I appreciated his kindness and wish him great success going forward.

My car was on an account and it was cancelled off this account so I pre-paid on their site for two journeys on the morning of the 28th, the two journeyswere happening later that day, I have the receipt and money was taken so a financial agreement has been made and accepted, grand.
I then received penalties for non payment, I called E-Flow while i was on holidays I might add as the notice arrived while i was away and got speaking to Charlie who informed me that E-Flow credited the former account with my payment (the account that my car was cancelled off)(no pop ups of a warning that this was going to happen when making the payment) and he proceeded to tell me that they would refund me the payment I made but I would then have to make another payment. I asked to be transferred to a manager but all I got was a "supervisor" called Roxanne who then proceeded to tell me the same things as Charlie, computer says no situation.
The initial payment I made that was accepted was a discounted rate, unnoticed by me I admit as all I did was the usual, enter my reg and number of journeys and pay what they want, this is the one that they are refunding and I have to now pay the higher amount, win win for them!!!
My major issue is, I paid initially what they quoted, they accepted this payment and issued a receipt for the same. My contract was with them by making that payment to them, they then took my funds and credited it to an account that the car was no longer on without my knowing but now due to their failure I now have to pay more.
The way Roxanne put it, if I didn't pay, further penalties would apply.......
Charlie and Roxanne BOTH acknowledged I went about it the correct way by pre-paying but it was a failure of the system or how the system logged it that is the issue. I asked them to just accept my initial payment which they did, cancel the penalties and move on but they wouldn't, so I have to chase this. It's not on. Its the principle to not let them get away with this, they need to learn from it.
I have heard from another guy called Gavin who said its being escalated higher but we'll see where that goes.
UPDATE:
Spoke to a guy called Eddie, it has been resolved to a degree, not 100% to my satisfaction but hopefully I wont hear from them again.

I have an account with eFlow with credit card details on the account. After years of operating correctly I then get a late payment penalty in the post. I had not changed my car or card details and it was and is still a valid card. I tried ringing customer service a good number of times but the calls were a ringing out on the extension. After a number of rings the call would hang up with the audio message saying "The call has been terminated by the other party." I found out later this means someone actually rejected the call. There solicitor Pierce Fitzgibbons simply refuses to acknowledge or answer my query and continues to aggressively look for money that is not due as it is their error. Reference: M12-0039-THH

It took 2 years for them to tell me the original app was discontinued and for them to let me register the van on the new system. I also had credit on my account but that took me about 15 emails before I got that information. Phoning is useless as they pride themselves on incompetency and unfortunately as I was not able to view my details online I had to ring to get any information. Day 4 of emails and I think the issue is sorted. Obvious false recent 5* reviews aside, the amount of people fed up with the shocking service speaks for itself. If only I could avoid I would

eFlow is an interesting entity. Where you can physically pay tolls at every other location of road, eFlow expects you to have a pen and paper and write down the information as you are driving to pay the toll after the fact? I passed through twice on the way to/from Belfast on long journeys from Cork. Would have been nice to have additional proactive signage and information. The bill in the mail with late fee's is a nice touch.

So STRANGE RULES do they have! I couldn't find about my forgotten payment which I didn't do after two journes and a penalty letter which we did not get after that just because I am registered as the second driver of the car and my husband is the first driver even he is driving his van constantly, not this car. What is so secret in this information I wanted? I DID NOT ASK ANYTHING ELSE, ONLY WHY DIDN'T WE GET A PENALTY LETTER? What is so confident in this information? Actually I am paying everything for this car including Toll journeys which they don't mind to get from me and send the confirmation to my email.

I initially had multiple issues regarding my eflow account and nobody would help me or listen to me until I asked for a manager callback. That’s when Eddie came back to me immediately, within hours he investigated into my issue and resolved it there and then. I honestly don’t know what to say, professional, showed empathy, the best customer service experience I have ever seen. Thank you so much! eflow is so lucky to have such a member in their staff!
