Rubbish customer care

After having paid extra for next day delivery My order was sent to the wrong post code (due to fault of your company) and never got delivered.
Tried contacting eflorist customer services all I got was referral to your terms and conditions. Rubbish service I will not be using this company again

I out the wrong house number on the…

I out the wrong house number on the irder..my fault..but was offered very little help by eflorist..I thought they'd want my new order and would offer to redeliver..I didn't mind paying again..my mistske..they didn't seem to want my business
