Great company. Website easy to navigate. Flowers gorgeous

I ordered flowers to be delivered on a particular date, which was our first wedding anniversary. However the delivery provider failed to deliver on the day requested, or the following day. Flowers are often delivered for a special occasion and it's important to get it right. Unfortunately due to this failure I have no faith in ordering from Eflorist for special occasions in the future.

So easy to order and a lovely selection of flowers! I wanted delivery pretty quickly and got the date I wanted. The flowers arrived in beautiful fresh condition in bud and bloomed into such a pretty bouquet!

Very disappointed was expecting better and more quantity for the price

Flowers delivered but put in blue bin , no note to inform customer they were there .
Flowers were half dead when she found them the next day when putting rubbish out .
£30 waste of money never again

Im not sure who was at fault here so my review might be not so much about eflorist but more who they use for delivery...my order didn't get there when it was supposed to...eflorist re- sent my order which was great...then after a week the original order was delivered with dead flowers to the recipient which was not good at all

Disaster! Funeral flowers not delivered , local florist didn’t make order up, e florist did apologise but a very embarrassing situation for family , promised apology bouquet, we shall see if that arrives

I paid for the premium delivery to ensure they arrived on 31 July for a Golden Wedding. Evri gave 2 time slots but then failed to deliver - the flowers arrived the following day. Evri's reputation in my view is generally poor and if I had known you used this company I would not have ordered from you. However the recipients were delighted when they eventually arrived.

We paid extra for same day delivery, but they failed to deliver same day. We ordered on the Wednesday 29/7 and they did not deliver to Friday 31/7. We were not refunded the addition fee we paid for same day, even though this was not fulfilled. The flowers when they finally arrived were ok though.

I’ve used eFlorist around five times now to send flowers and messages to family and friends who don’t live nearby, and they’ve always provided a reliable service. This latest order arrived the next day as promised. The flowers were well packaged, protected during transit, and arrived in excellent condition. Another positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use eFlorist again.

Ordered flowers for anniversary well in advance looked lovely roses if new they were being delivered by Evri wouldn’t of ordered off this site still not delivered think might be bit wilted when if delivered

Your delivery agent (EVRI) was very poor.
The time slipped from an 0830am delivery to after 1700.
I could have saved a lot of money by popping to the shops on my way home from work!
My main reason for using your service was so that my wife would receive them on Monday morning.
