The flowers I ordered for my sister in laws birthday on 20th July were dispatched on 19th July 2026 but were not delivered till the 21st. they did not have any means of water supply so when received were in a very poor state, I have photos from her showing the damage should you need them.
Very disappointed for her as her son sent her flowers from yourselves requesting delivery on the 20th July and these were not delivered until the Tuesday 21st and were in a similar condition.
