The team were fantastic from start to…

The team were fantastic from start to finish. They managed to complete a survey the same day and I had the report within 24 hours - I could not fault them at all. Their communication was brilliant and they liaised with the estate agent and seller to arrange access.

Brilliant service

To be honest I was sceptical at the outset, these guys were super responsive but the cost was lower than a lot of others I had approached.

However, wow what an amazing service. Had the Level 3 survey confirmed for the next day and the report back the day after. Very comprehensive and a video summary of the findings. Really detailed, but not full of tech speak so was easy to understand the areas of concern highlighted.

I've been encouraged to raise as many questions post report as I need, again totally awesome as what average person knows anything much about building surveys?!

So glad I instructed them.

I used Efficient Surveyors for my…

I used Efficient Surveyors for my recent RICS HomeBuyer Survey and had a really positive experience.

They were incredibly quick and efficient — I was able to book the survey the same day, and the report was completed and sent back within 24 hours, which was amazing.

The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Communication was clear, and the team were friendly and helpful, which really put me at ease.

Smooth and hassle-free service

Really good experience with Efficient Surveyors. Everything was straightforward from start to finish and they were quick to get things arranged.

The report came back fast and was easy to understand, which was really helpful. They also answered a couple of questions I had afterwards without any hassle.

Overall, very smooth service and good value. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
