My company has been a client of eFax for less than a year. We were assigned an account manager who explained she would "manage" our account to make sure we were in the correct package since we have over 20k outbound pages a month being sent. Our invoicing had always been to the penny but one month we received triple pricing. I called our "account manager." Her phone was disconnected. I then contacted efax corporate, the lines were busy and I was asked to leave a voice-mail. Call never returned. Called back two days later and received same message as before, lines busy leave a voice-mail. I figured sales department always answers before the phone rings so maybe they could route me to my new account manager. And as I thought sales picked up, no hold time at all. I was told who my new account manager was and even transfered over to her. Left a VM. A week went by with no return phone call. So I jumped on LinkedIn to look up the VP of Corporate accts and asked them to reach out to Ali, my acct manager. That worked! I am still to this day in a battle of cleaning up a he said she said mess between my 1st acct manager and 2nd and I'm taking the hit. Being there is a corporate acct department it really would have been nice to get the heads up my managers were changing. Instead I'm being slapped with a $6800 bill for miscommunication on their end.
I called customer service seeking help with unsuccessfully sent faxes. I had the pleasure of speaking with Argyro, who was extremely patient and helpful. Although we got disconnect while waiting to receive confirmation of success from a test fax, she was able to follow up with me via email. It was the simple error of not inputting the country code with the fax number. We even joked saying, "Wouldn't this be funny if I'm just missing the digit 'one' in front for the fax number?" I appreciate the follow up. Thank you for great customer service!

I had trouble sending faxes after our temporary number was inactivated and the new number ported over. Chris was very helpful and patient and got me all set up. I wish there would have been some communication on needing to set up users from the admin before they got rid of the temporary number

Patrice was helping me send a fax which wasn't working. He continued to help even though it had passed his shift time. He managed to send the fax and then called me the next day to make sure all had worked. Fantastic service and a great person.

Patrice spent 30 minutes on the phone with me helping me to reset my password. He had such patience with me and remained professional and so so kind. It was clear I was making error after error on my end. He continued to walk me through everything until we finally resolved it. One of the best experiences I have ever had!
