Charlez was incredibly helpful in resolving an ongoing issue with EDF.

The man I spoke to was very good and understanding but the problem was that he couldn’t help me because is looks like it is near impossible to book an engineer for the meter upgrade! I have been waiting for nearly 2 months now and there’s no appointments available any time soon. I might have to end up switching the supplier to sort it out!

Customer service has greatly improved in my experiences with EDF. Pam was polite, knowledgeable and helped me get things right. Just showing empathy and courtesy works both ways, and I would have no problem dealing with Pam again. Thank you.
