My Eden journey was a very lovely one from start to finish. I can’t praise the team enough.
From Barry (and his helper) putting in the screw piles, to Matt the builder, to Sean and Callum (father and son) plasterers and finally to Dan and Oz the electricians. Must not forget Wes who organised my enquiry and design and planning permission and got the dream rolling. Also thanks to Mick there at the very beginning and signing off.
This project was part of a larger home renovation hence why it’s not quite finished. The electrics were tested but not connected to the meter, by design. And I didn’t have an engineered wood floor, a porcelain tile floor is to be laid, as it’s going to be an art studio.
As you can see the dogs absolutely love it as do I. It’s a beautiful addition and fits so well into the plot. I really feel I’m in nature with all the trees surrounding.
Their customer care is second to none and I’m sure if any problem did arise they would be there at the end of the phone.

The team from Eden were friendly, professional, highly skilled and well resourced. Barry and George were the prep guys. Rich, a supremely gifted craftsman and carpenter, built the studio from the floor up, Dan and Oz fitted the electrics with no fuss over the course of a day, then Sam arrived a day later to collect the left oivers. Finally Mick visited to make sure the build was to spec and we were happy with it. It is an awesome addition to our property and has a beautiful aspect and karma. Thank you Eden!

Our experience with Eden Garden Rooms was an enjoyably positive one as it has a strong customer focus with good communication throughout.  Tim, their helpful sales chap, was excellent with all our questions and requests dealt with quickly.  The build team, Jason, Zak and Dave with electricians Dan and Ozel were professional, conscientious with a good eye for detail as well as being personable and friendly..... as well as Duncan and Stephen putting the piles in at the beginning with Barry, George and Dave doing the initial clearance and project manager Mick.  
We're very happy with our garden room and would highly recommend Eden Garden Rooms. 

An excellent experience from start to finish. Highly professional team, very thorough. Couldn't rate them more highly. Matt our builder/carpenter/plasterer/painter was very talented and did a fantastic job. Stephen did a great job managing the project and Duncan was brilliant at the outset laying out the vision. The end product was even better than I hoped for. They were also very amenable to changes and amendments as the build progressed and decisions needed to be made. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Our garden room was fully installed from ca 6weeks from initial visit with Wes. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team, who were incredible to deal with. Design/carpentry/project management/electrician/CEO/finance - everyone really was a pleasure to work with.
The room itself looks fantastic and we could not be happier.

Eden Garden Rooms installed my beautiful garden office back in 2015, and I've used it almost every day since then as an office and refuge to write and create. A decade later, their ongoing service and after-sales care mean that it's still as good as new. Their building team Dan, Seve and Travis were a delight to work with and went the extra mile to ensure the room will still be a happy place for me to work for another decade to come.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Eden Gardens. From our very first conversation with Julia and first meeting with Wes it was clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take immense pride in their craft.
What really sets them apart are their team and their personal touch. Every interaction felt warm, honest, and transparent. From project manager Mick, the ground workers Barry and Ricky, the builders Seve and Travis, electrician Dan (1),and the completion team Jonny and Dan (2)- they all listened carefully to our ideas, offered thoughtful suggestions, and guided us through each stage of the process with patience and expertise. Nothing ever felt rushed or “salesy” — just sincere, knowledgeable advice from people who clearly love what they do.
The quality of the workmanship is outstanding. Our garden room has completely transformed our outdoor area and we can’t wait to make full use of the space.The attention to detail is exceptional — from the foundations to the finishing touches (especially the amazing tiling detail by Jonny!)Every element feels solid, beautifully built, and designed to last.
The team were punctual, respectful, and incredibly tidy throughout the build. They treated our home as if it were their own, and their communication was excellent from start to finish. We always knew what was happening and felt confident we were in safe hands.

Brilliant work from Eden, we love our new garden room. Process was quick and simple and everything was included which was one of the key points for us. They even arranged a skip and removed our old sheds to make way for the new room. The building team were polite, helpful and tidy and the quality of the finish is superb.

Genuinely couldn't fault them.

A tight space at the end of the garden which Eden Garden Rooms managed to get the maximum out of as they built the garden room from the inside out (rather than outside in) which meant the building could be closer to the edges of the garden and was nearly 1/3 bigger than other companies could achieve (for a similar quote).

I had some specific requirements (e.g. soundproofing & reinforced floor to deal with heavy music equipment) that were absolutley no problem for them to accommodate, and communication with all departments was easy from start to finish.

Fast turnaround with minimal disruption too - I was extremely skeptical about whether they could really build and finish in two weeks (some competitors quoted 6 weeks from start to finish), but they did so without compromising on quality.

Special shout out to Jack and Jacob who conducted the build in terrible January weather and were a delight throughout!

High quality company, Eden were excellent from start to finish. We were treated as individual having a design tailored to our needs from the initial call out for a quote and there were no pushy sales. The whole team were very professional and had a high standard of work, problem solving when needed and communicating everything to us along the way. All the workpeople knew their stuff - from the builders to the electrician and plasterers and they were all polite and courteous. The timescale was quick but the job was thorough. Everything was built to building regulations so there were no problems with any queries over permitted development. Eden gave great customer service, any questions and queries were dealt with immediately. We are so pleased with our finished office, we have had lots of compliments on it and it is such high quality (better insulated than our home!) Would recommend as excellent peace of mind knowing you are in good hands. A big thank you to Duncan and the team.

Eden Garden Rooms; from the moment of first contact to final installation of our garden room, it was a balance of great service, understanding our requirements within the constraints of the space and permitted development, to the final outcome, which met our expectations. Everything from accommodating our future use of the room to sourcing a Smart AC unit, the team went above and beyond.

Aftersales and consultation with the team has been spot on too; simple queries and advice with no hassle or delay. Which really is what this review is based upon, since the install of our Eden Garden Rooms; Wes is always available to respond to queries of all types.

We went with Eden Garden rooms and haven't regretted it for one second. The communication, service and workmanship is absolutely excellent!

Every question is answered and sometimes even dealt with within one day. They have been very good.

A pleasure to deal with these guys - they did a fantastic job . We had a few issues on the way and they kept finding workable solutions .

Fantastic experience with Eden, everyone we worked with were brilliant, considerate and helpful. From the first meeting with Wes he was enthusiastic and thoughtful about the design, he helped us through a very painful planning process and designed exactly what we wanted (gym and sauna). Construction went really well with Rich doing the main build along side help from Dan, Ellis and Steven. Communication was great throughout the process and everyone knows their stuff, we recently completed the build and the aftercare has been excellent so far. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eden.

Fantastically responsive throughout the process from beginning to the end, and including follow-up calls to check that all was as expected.

The team are super professional and helpful. The build only took 2 weeks and during that time the team did everything possible to keep the time scales on track. The garden room looks amazing and is in keeping with our home with all the finishing touches suggested during the design stage. We also had a minor issue post install and the team came and rectified really quickly, going above and beyond. We would recommend Eden Garden rooms to anyone looking to have a garden room installed.

I’m so pleased with the garden room. Great work from start to finish. The entire team were very professional and I would highly recommend them. From the initial consultation, ground work, fencing, electrics, and the actual build. I had a few quotes from other firms but Eden beat them all. The guys cleaned the site everyday so it was tidy when they left. Friendly guys and very polite.

Eden have a first class product but it’s the team you deal with that make them special. From the initial contact through to the final sign off every representative showed a real passion to get it right for the client. Support through design and planning for the garden room was great, Wes and team very supportive! Communication running up to the build was good, the build was really swift, teething problems were dealt with without any discussion.
