Honestly, I was pretty worried when I placed my first order around X-Mas but my orders have all arrived safely. The shoes were a bit stressful for me - having to figure out the right size and measurements - but it turned out fine. I absolutely love them!

I didn't know what to expect, to be honest. I am blown away. I ordered a backpack and a pair of shoes. The quality is great, thick material and great metal hardware and buckles on my bag. The shoes and sturdy and very comfortable! They also look AMAZING, just like the photos. I couldn't be happier!
It took awhile for me to receive my items but the customer service was impeccable, never leaving room for doubt.
I will purchase again for sure.

I ordered shoes according to the size guide they have on the website. The shoes happen to be a little too small but enough to scratch my heel painfully. I contacted the customer service and they told me to send them back to China, tracked from the UK, at my own expense, then I'll receive a refund. I bought the shoes on a 20% off sale and by the time I received my refund they were likely not going to be on sale anymore, so I'd be paying the expensive tracking postage to China and the extra 20% on the shoes if I wanted a bigger size. Personally this has been my worst online shopping experience, I don't buy shoes often and when I do I try for good quality and fit so this has been quite dissapointing. The expense I'd need to go through to get a size bigger is not worth it in my opinion.

Ten days after receiving my Ecosusi bag as gift, the clip on the shoulder strap broke into pieces. I contacted customer service with photos and a request to replace the strap, or at the very least, the cheap metal clip. It was refused. Cheap product and not warranted by manufacturer. I was forced to buy a new strap and during checkout asked if I wanted to "TIP" the customer service team! Unbelievable.

Very comfortable bootsand a perfectly fitting size. Look exactly as they are in the photographs. Did take some time to arrive but this was expected as it was the festive season. Very happy overall.

I am more than pleased with my order. The shoes fit perfevtly, look amazing and I ve received them with no delay!

The purse was nice but the leather seems cheap.

I really do love these shoes - they're beautiful just like in the photos, and incredibly, unbelievably comfortable, which is not something I'm usually able to say for heels (I normally wear flats). I just wish the strap could be properly buckled instead of a having a faux decorative buckle that makes use of a hook closure instead (something I didn't initially notice in the photos, and is not mentioned in the item description). The strap is a bit too long for my feet, and the faux buckle is placed a bit too low down on the strap, so I can't hook the strap more securely. It ends up being a bit loose, and can loosen further due to movement when walking. That's the only reason I'm unable to give 5 stars; other than that these shoes would be perfect. Shipping was super fast and the shoes arrived really well packaged!

I received my bag today and oh my Goodness It is so Pretty! It took about three weeks to get here. It is well package. And if you know me you know that I never ever carry a Bag but I needed a briefcase for my new job. I can’t wait to see All the compliments I get it. I feel so fancy Thank you Ecosusi I will be ordering more

I bought a pair of ankle boots and a messenger bag on Black Friday (November 27th). Both articles arrived today, December 16th - which is the delay predicted by their website.

Bag reference: Women's PU detachable briefcase.
The item is very pretty, as in the pictures. The ribbon is kind of artificially shaped downwards, which is a bit weird but overall not a major problem. The bag was in mint condition and came in properly wrapped.

Boots reference: Vintage Martin Boots.
The site suggests to buy a size up: I'm a EU 39, 24,5 cm feet, but Ecosusi's 39 is meant for a 24,2 cm foot, and their 40 size measures 24,7 cm.
I sized up, but they actually are true to size, so a little bit large on my bare feet. They should be more comfortable to wear with thick socks. The shoes, by the way, came with extra insoles that can help fix the problem.
The boots came in mint condition, in a proper box, and they are as shown in the pictures. They are very esthetically pleasing and the material is light - they are, in my opinion, meant for the spring and milder temperatures.

There was a little bit of trouble with one of the packages, but it was solved and Ecosusi's customer service was fairly quick to respond (te next day). They gave me some information on how to solve the issue.

All in all, it was a quite pleasant shopping experience and I think I will buy again from them.
